I had a great experience here. There are many selections of teas to choose from and they’re really delicious. The atmosphere is nice. The staff is friendly and patient.

Lately the service sucks. An attitude of not giving a dam. they don’t have mango anymore “Coz they are not in season” … then take it out of the menu… its just the service and attitude that has gotten worse. Used to come by regularly. Suggestion: Whenever you have a customer in line take the order and don’t be rude!

Overall interesting experience as my first time ordering this type of tea. I thought it was very good but it’s hard to justify the price. Regardless, my grapefruit drink was really good and glad I tried it.

This bubble tea place is an absolute nightmare. The service is beyond terrible, with staff who appear to have no interest in serving customers, making you feel like an inconvenience. They flatly refused to accommodate a basic topping swap, displaying a level of inflexibility that's hard to comprehend. Not to mention, the portion sizes have shrunk while the prices have skyrocketed, making it feel like a complete rip-off. It's as if they're on a mission to drive customers away. And just to add insult to injury, there's a far superior bubble tea spot right across the street. This place seems determined to commit business suicide with its shocking decline in quality and customer care. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster at all costs.

The boba tea shop market is saturated with mediocre shops. This is not one of them. Their menu is a little disorganized and confusing, but there are some genuinely interesting and tasty offerings in there.

Pretty disappointed in both the brown sugar bubble and taro teas here. The brown sugar was bland and even after it was mixed it, it resembled pure milk more than it did brown sugar. The taro really was just ok. I've had a better version in places nearby. We didn't end up finishing either one.

Really authentic tea place in South Miami. Our server Wyatt was so nice and helpful. He loves his job and made the whole experience fun for my daughter and I. He kept raving how this place was the real deal and totally legit. The ingredients are from China/Japan and he let us know what was hit and trending. We loved the tea and went back twice! Will def visit again when in the area.

I recently ordered a drink from Moge Tee and wanted to share my experience. When I tasted it, the flavor was quite strange. The drink was supposed to contain fresh mango, but the mango they used seemed overly ripe and tasted awful. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction to the staff members at the store, one of the girls, who was thin in stature, responded with a terrible attitude. She dismissed my complaint about the taste, saying that the drink was intended to be that way. This incident raises concerns about their quality control and why a customer should be treated with such disrespect. Regardless of her background, as a customer service representative, she should be mindful of her behavior. The other girl, who had a better attitude, deserves recognition and appreciation for her service. While it's true that individuals may experience good days and bad days, it is crucial to avoid projecting a negative attitude onto customers. Even in the case of a drink business, maintaining high standards of customer service remains essential. Regardless of the industry, customers should always be treated with respect and provided with quality service. It is imperative to prioritize the creation of positive customer experiences to foster satisfaction and loyalty. A business's success, irrespective of its size or sector, can be significantly influenced by a positive reputation and customer feedback.

First visit here and it was the worst service and experience ever, workers didn’t want to assist me on my order and sent me to look at the kiosk for the menu instead of helping me with my order. When asking what something was she gave a sarcastic answer instead of helping. When asking to change my order because I didn’t like what I had ordered her response is “all sales are final you have to pay for a new one” instead of trying to help. Waste of money! Will never go back!

This is my favorite place for tea. I highly recommend the creme brulee tea or any tea with cheese foam.
