Very dissatisfied with the service. My first time getting food from this restaurant I ordered delivery it took them two hours to finally deliver my food. The sandwich was cold by the time it got to and the fries were extremely soggy not interested in getting food from here ever again very disappointing for my first time here.

Place is pretty bad. I just started working at the mall and i have now had my second meal here....... let's just say it'll be my last. First visit i got the pan con bistec and the meat was cooked past dry. Today i simply purchased two empanadas (one chicken and one meat) and now i believe i have food poisoning. Like mentioned above they have nowhere to wash their hands or bathrooms they could use so yeah. Never again! Stay away!

Bad experience, this place is a rip off! I ordered the Cuban wrap, which comes with steak, black beans, white rice and sweet plantains. It felt super heavy, I got to my car and drove away and started opening my wrap and it had 3 small pieces of steak one sweet banana and filled with rice. The whole wrap was rice! Than my husband took a bite and pulled out of his mouth a piece of hair! “GROSS “ the older lady said it would be filled with meat! NO meat hardly just filled with a lot of rice! I left a $5.00 tip on top of the over rated and pricy wrap. I can only imagine what the other food is like. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The quality of the food and cleanliness is poor!
Food is ok but they are slow and not apologetic about it either. Waited 25 minutes after ordering to get my small order.

The absolutely dirtiest, most disgusting place in Miami. I saw roaches on the floor. They do not even have a sink to wash their hands nor a bathroom for that matter. How they serve food to the public is a mystery. The employees discriminated us, thinking we did not speak Spanish. It is a horrific place. Maybe the City of Coral Gables should take a look at this.
