Finally, an authentic Japanese spot in Brickell. Momi Market is the opposite of all the pretentious, overpriced, and noisy restaurants around here.

The fish is flown in from Japan, made by a talented Japanese chef, and you can taste the difference right away. Simple, genuine, and worth every visit — it’s now my regular go-to in Miami.

Delicious and original Japanese restaurant in Brickell. The head chef Takashi and sous chef Ryū are both very friendly, professional and experienced sushi chefs. The fishes and all seafood are fresh and high quality imported directly from Japan. The menu is simple but each dish is carefully selected to offer a nutritious, delicious and home cook Japanese meals. We are their loyal customers and have eaten there many times. Food is consistently high quality and delicious everytime we come. A jewel finding in Brickell, Miami. Highly recommended! PS: This place is getting popular, sometimes it can get very busy. So allow yourself time to wait to be seated

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, and it was absolutely worth it. This is a truly authentic Japanese restaurant, the closest experience I’ve had to being back in Japan. It’s not one of those modern, fancy spots, but a genuine Japanese place where even the music is in Japanese. The service was excellent, and the chef embodied the traditional Japanese spirit, serious and focused while cooking, but greeting guests with a warm smile as they walked in. The food was incredible, and we were so pleased that we even grabbed some snacks to take home. I noticed that most of the guests were locals and regulars, which made the place feel even more like home. Super welcoming, delicious, and authentic. I’ll definitely be back!

Great food with fresh fish and really great prices :)) loved the salmon Ikura don ($29) - fish was fresh and loved the atmosphere in the restaurant (there was a small shop in the front selling Japanese snacks!)

You won't find better quality for this price in all of Miami. Momi is one of a kind in this city. Service is quick, diligent, and caring. I go so often that the waitresses already know my order. The sushi quality is the best and I visit a lot of the high-end places as well. The portions are generous and well beyond worth the price. Everytime I go I always remember why I love and recommend it so much. The miso soup is incredible. Edamame always cooked perfectly. I order the mix nigiri plate and the fish is always so fresh and delicious.

Secret in Brickell: Best sushi in a shop. Super prices, really Japanese atmosphere, excellent service, but don't tell anyone if it doesn't get crowded.

Authentic Japanese sushi and sashimi bar in the center of Miami.

The yellowtail and chu-toro sashimi were the freshest we have tasted so far in South Florida. We went early and we're the only ones so we had all the attention of the waitress and the chef. Our dishes were prepared right in front of us.

Portions seemed small yet we were full by the time we were done with desert. It was yet another perfect lunch.

Omakase is also available but only during the week at 6om and advanced reservation is required.
