Visited Monty’s a few times recently. Terrific waterfront location. Outdoor covered seating overlooking the docked boats. Great place to watch football on Saturday or Sunday. Recently had the she-crab soup that was excellent. We had Baja fish tacos and blacken mahi mahi recently and both were excellent. Also really liked the ceviche app. Pretty good beer selection and well done cocktails too! Really enjoy the atmosphere. Free validated parking is a big plus! Down side: I hate when restaurants automatically tack on a 20% service charge like this and then server suggested that NOT their tip. Just increase the prices if necessary vs expecting me to pay 35-40% above what’s on menu

Love this spot, really casual, laid back vibe with easy eats and screens for anyone who wants to watch sports… personally I prefer to watch the comings and going’s from the water from here 🛥️!

Great atmosphere. On the water. By the marina. Hostess got us to a table immediately, it was late afternoon. Picnic tables. Some bench have back rest. Great staff. Good drinks. There was a dj managing the music. Can imagine later people would want to get up and dance. We had tacos, salad, curly fries, and gator bites. All good. Great place to watch a game.as well.

Been going there since the 80s when Monty was the oner BOB'S BUGS INC did all his pest control needs. Then the Molina family got it and I love both owners . It's a great place to go in Miami.

I came here with high hopes, remembering how amazing the baby back ribs were when I was a kid. What I got this time was the complete opposite — the driest ribs known to mankind. Was it even meat? It was stringy, white, sawdust-like, and shockingly overpriced. Thankfully, the manager did compensate for the meal, but honestly, it should never have been sent out in the first place. Truly disappointing experience.

We went on a rainy day but the tables are under a roof so it was nice. The food was very very good and the drinks also.

We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding at the private room at Monty’s. The experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. Gina and her staff were incredible kind, they collaborated on everything and the food was so delicious. The decoration of the place was perfect. Everything was done on time. 100% recommended. Thank you Gina for everything ❤️ You made it memorable for our daughter. We really appreciate you and your staff for your service and dedication.

Outrageous pricing. A small sangria is at $14, a draft beer at $7, the fish tacos at $19, the salmon at $29. And compulsory 19% service charge on the food and tax. Be prepared. The bill is at least $100 for an average lunch. Will not go back.

It’s probably better when it isn’t summer. It was so hot here that my beer got warm immediately. Also, you can get three tacos but you can’t mix and match. You have to get three of the same kind. That’s not how tacos work. You should be able to get three different tacos. Make tacos mix and match again.
