I ordered take out and waited patiently for my order to be ready. After 45 minutes of waiting, the order was still “in progress”. After an hour of waiting, Moxies cancelled my order.
There is a right way and a wrong way to treat customers and tonight moxies chose the wrong way.

Moxies has one of the better atmospheres in the area for networking and watching a game, but the customer service is consistently terrible. The hosts at the front door are the worst blatantly play favorites with who they choose to seat, and it feels like your experience depends more on who they like than any actual waitlist or availability.
On my most recent visit, I was told there was nothing available for 30–45 minutes. Then I pulled out a $100 bill tip and suddenly there was “availability.” That’s not a coincidence that's a shake-down vibe, and it’s unacceptable, I have put it to test several times with my friends and it’s quite surprising how attitudes change immediately.
I’ve been coming here for months hoping it would improve, but nothing ever does, the menu still the same bland but some plates are decent, It’s disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential operate with this kind of corrupt, unprofessional energy. Between the attitude at the front door and the constant disrespect, I can clearly express Moxies needs better management . If you go, expect a great atmosphere with some of the worst staff.

Amazing steak bites! The pornstar martini and lychee martinis were great recommendations. Rich was an incredible server he made the experience super fun for the whole group. George the food runner was interactive and had great menu knowledge and energy. Phil the manager checked on us and was super friendly. Desserts didn’t disappoint the seasonal cheesecake was a group favorite! Don’t care if there’s a wait, ask for Rich!

I had an amazing experience! I was in town and came to Moxies’s for dinner. I sat at the bar and was greeted by a super friendly bartender Jenny. She was great…I was so indecisive of what I wanted to eat and Jenny was so helpful in recommended some choices. I had the ramen which was delicious and satisfying for a great price! I ordered my go-to drink Cosmo…Jenny recommended the guava Cosmo… Best Cosmo I ever had! Overall, the restaurant was trendy, great crowd with a cool vibe! If you’re ever in Brickell you should def check it out! Thanks Jenny for a really fun night!!!
