The food was great!! Came in hot and ready!! I made a last minute order for 15 for Easter literally the day before and they were able to help me out and accommodate to my order. Was a bit hard to get a hold of them at the beginning when inquiring about my order, but once the order was placed online I was always in contact with Mr.Pasta via email or text. There was a confusion on the time of delivery, meaning our pasta was delivered 2 hours before we had anticipated. I am sure the pasta would have been much better if it had been served nice and warm in the moment. Regardless, the pasta was good (7/10) and the prices are truly unbeatable for catering! I do also appreciate that they have a huge menu with many different selections.

I called last month to inquire about their services and the woman who spoke with me was helpful. However, when I finally call to hire their services they are completely unresponsive. I have called multiple times and left a few voicemails. It has been a week and they do not communicate back with me. I was looking forward to working with them but now I have to search for another catering service.

Delicious Food!The Lasagna and the Chicken Parmigiana. was fresh & delicious. I order for my daughter's birthday party. Customer service was excellent. The food was delicious and fresh out of the oven. We ordered baked ziti, chicken parmigiana that comes with salad and garlic rolls. They have great packages to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. Karina worked with me on my food package, and was responsive and a delight to work with. My guests and especially my graduate loved loved the food of Mr. Pasta. I highly recommend their catering services and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Mr. Pasta is the best!!! Inhave ordered a number of times from them. They respond quickly to calls and give you good advice on what types of food you should order and the quantity. The quality of the food is excellent. I love their chicken piccata!!! Their food is fresh. Their salads are also very good. We hired Ally as a waiter for our event and ahe was awesome. I wish other caterers were as responsible and professional as Mr. Pasta. The whole process from ordering to delivery and presentation of food was a delight. Will definitely be relying on Mr. Pasta for next event.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I am really disappointed with their service. I hired them for a small event. They arrived late and they charged more than the given invoice. Food was good, but customer service was poor. I tried to reach the merchant but their response was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their services for events. For the price they charge, I would go with a better quality merchant.Answering your comment:1st. You are giving me the reason with your response. You are being impolite and unprofessional (same as you were by phone). For that reason, I would never recommend your service.2nd. I am the customer, the one that hired the service and the one that payed for the service. Nobody gave permission to anyone else to sign or use my credit card information. Which in fact is also a lie in your statement, since nobody signed or increased the invoice on my behalf.3rd. You are nobody to say if $166 is a big amount to a person. Some people work hard to get that amount in many days. Which you also are lying with amount that you are charging me extra, WITHOUT my authorization.4th. The invoice was checked, including the gratuity for the service and labor. That’s why I was surprised when you decided to increase the invoice without authorization. For that reason is that I call to try to fix your mistake, but as it’s shown, you are very unprofessional.5th. Do not put words I never used, neither state facts that never happened. It is unethical to lie, just to solve your problem. Assume your mistakes and try to fix them.You are going back and forward with your lies. You even made contradictory sentences on your statement. I hope you regret from your unethical actions and don’t repeat them with other clients.
