I’m really disappointed with this place. What’s the point of calling ahead and placing an order if you still end up waiting forever when you get there? It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of time. On top of that, the pate kòde is not the same anymore the taste has definitely changed, and not in a good way. Even the green sauce is off. The quality has gone downhill, and it’s honestly not worth it anymore.

I went there today to get some paté. I was calling to order ahead of time. The phone number doesn’t work anymore. I was waiting for 4 paté for over 1 hour in a half. It’s hot. It’s crowded. On top of all that everyone in there got a nasty attitude. As my daughter is eating her paté she bites down and she felt something hard in her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was a water bottle cap inside of the paté. I was so disgusted and threw all of them away. Waste of money. This is insane.

The spaghetti was really good, the $12 plate is really packed, at least 3 people can eat from it. Topped off with veggies and onions, ground beef and sausage.

I walked in and walked right out! The host mean mugged me after I gave her a smile and greeted her TWICE when I walked in with my family. Mind you this was my first time going to this bakery and I was disappointed just by the service. Went next door to the other Haitian bakery and they took care of me so well! Never going to Natalie’s again!

I use to love coming here for my patties only because no one makes it like them. But if you ask me their customer service is terrible. There rude when they talk to you, the ladies always take care of the men before the women which is wrong. They always talking smack in creole thinking that you don’t speak that language.
