We are from Phoenix Arizona and were visiting Miami.
We went to the bakery for our delicious Cuban pastries and Cuban croquette and we loved it.
Very good treatment and very good atmosphere.

Terrible attention from the two workers in the afternoon, it seemed like a low-world cafeteria, there was nothing left to offer, the workers with faces that when I entered made me want to cry because of the insipid face they put on the public and criticizing what I was going to buy She asked me, does she sell or does she get paid to criticize the food that the customer is going to buy? I have been in this place for 14 years and today those years are gone with that bad service. I, the owner, would think so.

cuban sandwish was horrible, the worst and most expensive i ever tasted. 2 sandwishes and a cortado for $22.There's disorganization, lots of ladies talking loud while customers wait.

Looking for excellent tasting pastalitos? Have a need for some traditional baked goods with a Cuban tradition? This is the place!! To add to this - they make outstanding Cafe con Leche, cortaditos, and to your taste. The sandwiches? A meal and not a wallet buster...and heated to perfection.
Great bakery with a large selection of goodies. Staff is friendly and they typically get you in and out pretty quickly.
Excellent service, exquisite Cuban sandwich, congris, imperial rice, pork shoulders. Cuban-style tamales, rice pudding, cakes, a spectacular cold salad.

A cozy and central place with slow and poorly served service. A sandwich with cold meat inside and extremely thin bread so as not to say that there was no bread in my sandwich. Sorry but I didn't like it.
I do not recommend that you go to this place to look for anything. Tremendous bad experience and terrible service. I had a chocolate cake made with coconut for which they charged me 94 dollars, and the day I picked up the cake that the birthday boy picked was vanilla with custard, he never had chocolate with coconut. The next day I went to the bakery to complain about what happened and I even told them that the
Cake was whole because no one eats vanilla or custard in my house so I could return it to him so he could
They returned my money and it turns out that they only wanted to return 30 dollars of the 94 that I paid. They made me go 3 days in a row because they always told me to come tomorrow to talk to the owner and when I left they told me the same thing again, so they kept me for 3 days. In the end they gave me back 40 dollars out of 94 but terrible service. The only kind and ethical person in that place was a girl named Mileydis who when I called her was very professional and polite because not even the owner was ethical since the mistake was theirs. In short, I do not recommend them. And I give one star because c can't give 0.
The best shop assistant coughs with love. Lysy
The best, don't miss it.
