Nespresso at Dadeland Mall in Kendall is fantastic! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find the perfect coffee. The store is sleek, and organized. Every visit is a little coffee experience—highly recommend! I love the attention and the customer care team Maria , Johan, marianela , isamala and Frank ❤️ they all are so nice and kind.

What a wonderful crew of people. Every time I come, everyone is very friendly and helpful if you own an espresso machine or thinking about buying one, feel free to come to this location, they will treat you very well.! Shout out to Torrell. He’s been so helpful. Honestly, they’re all wonderful.

It has been my go to nespresso store for a very long time, however the manager (Debi) is not nice to customers nor employees.

The Nespresso boutique at Dadeland is always a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and well organized, and the coffee is consistently excellent. What truly made this visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Isa took amazing care of us from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the different pods and drink options. She answered all of our questions with confidence and made thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. Isa’s expertise and warm attitude made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free!!

I recently visited the Nespresso store and had a disappointing experience with the red-haired manager on duty. I arrived before another customer, yet she chose to assist them first and completely ignored me. I waited politely, expecting at least an acknowledgment, but none came. The lack of basic customer service left me feeling undervalued, and I ultimately left the store without making a purchase because of the experience. This is not what I expect from Nespresso, and I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t feel overlooked.
