Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Isa and Andy at Nespresso, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Isa guided me through the different options with patience, while Andy made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by the Nespresso boutique at Dadeland Macy’s to ask about my machine, which had stopped working despite being barely used and well-maintained. I was thinking of donating it, but Divya and Maria were incredibly helpful and advised me to call the Nespresso Club for a proper solution. They were kind, knowledgeable, and even offered my family a sample of the new Ginseng coffee. Excellent service—Nespresso is lucky to have them!

I've been coming gvhere since Nespresso opened, I've bought numerous coffee machines. The new system they have to buy the coffee is horrible, Longer waiting. They take your name, you wait to be called while there's 2 ringers, 1 greeter not busy walking around , 1 filling empty coffee bins(that can be done when not busy like this AM another giving offering coffee. And people waiting amd waiting to be called. 4 registers and only 2 working and 3 people floating around.
Seriously Nespresso the system stinks!!!!!

I think it is really unhygienic to put glass glasses where everyone touches their mouth. They know how many diseases they spread. For God's sake, be more aware and change to disposable cups.

They really tried to improve the service by placing MANY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE in the management of the service queue, they have NO IDEA what a "SERVICE QUEUE" is, much less how to manage it, the experience with the people who serve outside the DESK is TERRIBLE . These girls run from one place to another with a "useless" device for managing the service, the attention is zero and during my 30 minutes of waiting, I did not receive attention or answers to 2 simple questions about the product, I had to leave in two chances and boy do I know how to wait!! But I just wanted to know what I did with a box of product that I paid for, but it wasn't to my taste. At the time of my purchase in the store, they offered it as COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE. And this was COCO flavored coffee and it didn't taste like chocolate anywhere, I asked what I could do and NO ONE had information about the return or exchange policies, if they exist. ! I WON'T EVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE. I prefer to order through the APP and have it arrive by mail

Every time I go to this boutique to buy my coffees I do it with great pleasure because I always want to vary and see what promotions they have, and every time I go because it has not happened to me once but every time I have problems with the The staff refuses to give me promotions, they don't serve you well and especially today they put me on a list because they could no longer serve me in line, they passed me a person in front of me without respecting the order of arrival, they didn't have a coffee menu and They ignored you as if you didn't exist
For me it is the worst place and experience I cannot rate good service when they have never been attentive or considerate
A company like this should provide better training and treatment to the public since the people who go there and I speak only for myself are going to consume.

Worst service. I have never felt that bad in a store where im trying to buy stuff. I was trying to buy new flavors. The guy in the store couldn’t care less literally he was doing his best to get rid of me. Every single question was answered with monosyllabic words and bad attitude. I think she was the manager same history dis not even look up from the paper she had in the hands.
