I love Nespresso and have been a loyal customer for years, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had.
The customer service at the Brickell City Centre boutique in Miami was terrible. The lady helping me barely paid attention and acted like she was doing me a favor when I asked to try a new coffee. Then the coffee I wanted wasn’t even in stock, and when I asked to have it shipped, she said I’d have to pay for shipping if it was under $35. How is that my fault if the store doesn’t have the product?
I also asked for small spoons and got an “I don’t know if we have it.” Seriously?
This is not the Nespresso experience I’m used to. Very disappointing.

The coffee has increased in price many times since we got the machine, which stinks. It’s now up to $14 for 10 pods.

When you go into the store it takes a long time sometimes to get someone to help you. Sometimes you just want to buy a sleeve and leave but today I just walked out because it was taking so long for the 10 employees to work through the customers. It shouldn’t take so long to make a sale.

Buying coffee pods here is literally a nightmare. They make the experience of buying coffee pods so complicated. I don’t understand why customers can’t simply bring the sleeve they want to the counter and check out. Meanwhile, there were two baristas standing around and one customer service employee spending 10 minutes helping a single customer choose pods. It’s ridiculous. Management really needs to improve this process asap.

Terrible customer service. There were more than six employees in a store this big, yet all they seemed able to do was sell or make coffee. No one could answer even basic technical questions. Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and it completely ruined my day.

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff - one of the items that I was charged for is not in my bag. The staff were unfriendly and distracted. The person who helped me could not spell my information and did not even check if my information was correct when entering it into the system so I had to stop them and correct some of the input. There is no store phone number to even contact the store to check why my item was not packed into the bag. What a waste of time!!

I recently visited the Nespresso Boutique in Brickell City Centre, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was quite poor; the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. They didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and honestly, the overall attitude felt quite disrespectful. This was my third visit to the Brickell location since they moved from South Beach, and each time, I’ve been let down by the service. Because of this, I now prefer to order my coffee online rather than visiting in person.

Walked in to ask if i can buy water or get a glass of water 💧 and african american brown polo shirt with LV shoes looked at me said no !if I was not purchasing any of there products he couldnt sell me a glass of water i had to purchase something , than i said what you sell I'll buy something to get a water than he said idk 🤷‍♂️ 🤔 he couldn't explained to me he its a coffee machine shop they sell pods for the machines but you can also get an ex0resso there ridiculous idk if it was by the way i look or he thpught i didnt have common sense or thought i dont have money to get a 600$ coffee machine thats horrible service and still couldn't get a glass of water could of beeing dying this guy didnt care ! Sorry but couldn't hold it !

Michael,Linda ,and Elizabeth always welcome and very professional. Everything i come they are so knowledgeable about the capsule and answers any of my concerns. Brickell city Nespresso is the best location in Flordia . Special shout to Michael the BARD , at this location for his suggestion and his coffee moments .
