A great place to spent time with friends, good drinks, but the service is very slow.

ANDREA states that I am banned from here and I have NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG HERE. WAITRESS CAME TO WRONGFULLY ACCUSE ME AT THE ENTRANCE. I BARELY GO HERE AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS EVER HAPPENS. THIS IS HUMILIATING AND DEMEANING OF MY CHARACTER. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
THE WAITRESS ANDREA SHES A TROUBLE MAKER FALSELY ACCUSED ME. THEN TOLD ME I WAS OVERREACTING FOR SAYING THAT SHE OFFENDED AND HUMILIATED ME THROUGH A FALSE ACCUSATION THAT CAME OUT TO BE FALSE. AS SOON AS IT WAS VERIFIED THAT IT WAS NOT ME, I LEFT. THE KARAOKE DJ TOLD HER IM NOT HER, THE GROUP CHAT ON WHATSAPP THE EMPLOYEES HAVE TOLD HER THAT ITS NOT ME.
I BROKE DOWN CRYING BECAUSE I WAS EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED AND SHE HAD THE GALL TO TELL MY FRIEND, THE KARAOKE DJ, THAT I AM CRYING CAUSE IM FEELING GUILTY. SHE NEEDS TO GET WRITTEN UP. SOME DISCIPLINARY ACTION. I CAME TO NEW WAVE HAPPY TRYING TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT AND SING KARAOKE AND SHE APPROACHES ME AT THE DOOR TELLING ME I HAVE BEEN BANNED AND KICKED OUT OF NEW WAVE BEFORE... I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG IN MY LIFE AND I HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD. INSTEAD OF ENJOYING MY NIGHT WITH MY FRIENDS IM DRIVING HOME CRYING, CAUSE IM NOT ALLOWED TO CRY THERE EITHER CAUSE THE EMPLOYEES TOLD ME TO STOP AFTER SHE HUMILIATED ME. SHE HAS IT OUT FOR ME. I DONT LIKE BEING FALSELY ACCUSED

Horrible. The customer service from Nataly here needs to be addressed. From the second we walked in we felt uncomfortable. Bad attitude, Businesses should not hire people like this. Not coming back. You shouldn't either.

The interaction was uncomfortable from the start. Nataly’s tone and behavior were inappropriate and unwelcoming, making it clear we were not valued as customers. We chose to walk out immediately and won’t be coming back.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Nataly was hostile and disrespectful from the very first interaction. Her body language alone raised eyebrows, eye-rolling, and a dismissive attitude made it clear she did not want to be there and did not care about customers at all.

The way she spoke to us was rude and condescending, as if we were bothering her simply by asking for service. There was zero professionalism and no basic customer courtesy. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose to leave immediately rather than be treated any further like that.

This is the kind of behavior that drives customers away permanently. Management needs to seriously reevaluate who they have representing their business. Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. Will not be returning.

Came in here a couple of nights ago with some friends for the bar since it was nearby and seemed like an escape from upscale and bougie Miami.
Bar seemed nice at first but we quickly realized we ended up at crappy bar and should have just Ubered somewhere else. when we first got there the bar wasn’t busy which would typically be ideal but we had to constantly flag down the bartender . As someone that comes from the restaurant industry i understand if you’re swamped and hit with a rush that you can’t get to every customer in a timely fashion but when I see that you’re constantly going on your phone and eating chips in front of customers + having the help of a bar back and an empty bar? Come on man there’s just no excuse at that point, me and my friends constantly went a while waiting for another round, it’s one thing if one person has an empty glass and is waiting for the next round but when you take so long to the point where the whole group is waiting then that’s just a bad look, multiple times keep in mind. Bartender also seemed to have a bit of an attitude.
Would not recommend coming here to drink, you’ll go a while waiting on a second round lol
Also charging more then 4$ for a beer in plastic cup is crazy, this ain’t a frat party lol

Bartender very inattentive and rude

love coming here to play pool.. after having a rough evening decided to come with some friends to have drinks to try to enjoy the rest of my night. waited roughly 15 minutes at the bar until someone acknowledged us and took our order. we were barely checked on throughout the night. after my friends and i each had roughly 2-3 drinks in the span of the 3.5 hours we were at the bar, the bartender cut us off. my friend politely asked for another drink and she said “i’m not serving you guys right now” in a rude manner. don’t really understand why we were cut off as we were just minding our business and listening and dancing to the music. very disappointed in the customer service, will not be coming back here anymore.

I genuinely enjoy playing pool here but the bartender tonight couldn’t have been more rude. I sat down with my friend first and after 10 minutes she wouldn’t look at me. Then my boyfriend comes over and another 10 minutes with no eye contact. And no…it was not busy. I’ve worked in the service industry and this woman was purposely ignoring us. After 25 mins we asked Paola and she was beyond kind to us. She talked with us, served us right away, and made us feel welcome after the other women made us feel like we were being bullied.
