Called for delivery the person answering the phone was extremely rude over talking as we tried to order absolutely the worst person I've ever tried to handle on the phone he hung up on me we had to call him back he hung up a second time do not believe the hype that they try to sell his famous words was very good very good no matter what pizza he delivered I will never order from here again extremely rude no customer service whatsoever

Just avoid this place. Minimum order amount is $20, PLUS they add a 7 dollar delivery fee, then an answering the phone fee, then taking your order fee. Somehow my $20 order for a burger and garlic rolls turned to $33.00, without anything to drink with it. They definitely are trying their best to rip off weary travelers.

Got to our hotel at 1AM. This was the only place available to us. We were grateful they delivered but man the pizza was not it. Super thin crust with no flavor and the cheese was super salty. And to top it off I asked 3 times to include plates and we didn’t get any.

Where do I start? We ordered 12 wings, sauce on the side. And fries. They told us they would take an hour or more. Which is understandable because it is definitely flooding outside. We had no way to get it ourselves as we are traveling from out of state. The flyer for the restaurant was stuck under our hotel room door, so unfortunately, we did not read Google reviews first. The food took much longer than a little over an hour. When I called to check on the food, the person who answered the phone mocked me at the end of the phone call. The food arrived and the gentleman delivering it was very nice. From what I saw the food should Around $20 plus delivery fee and it came out to 30 and we added a tip so it seemed more expensive than what it was supposed to be. We opened the food and the chicken wings looked OK. Instead of them having buffalo sauce on the side, it was little little packets of hot sauce. And they gave us one little packet of ranch that you would get for a salad. The fries were soggy, kind of to be expected. But the wings, as we got further into them seemed very mushy and misshapen, and not like wings at all. They still had the little feather pieces on them and were shaped like nothing I’ve seen before. We definitely did not finish eating it as we were grossed out. This will be the last time we order from New York pizza kitchen.
