I stayed in a hotel in Miami a few days ago and this flyer was given to me. I paid over $43 for a large pizza and 4 drinks. Without any exaggeration, this was the WORST pizza I have ever tasted. It tasted sour and disgusting, it was completely inedible. I called the place to see if it may be a fluke, and she replied that is how they always make their pizza and no one has ever said anything about it. After seeing the reviews, I see that’s a lie. I was supposed to receive a refund, that I also never received. Wish I could give 0 stars :)

The pizza was a soggy sloppy mess. The worst pizza I’ve ever had delivered and with two cans of soda it was over $40 for a medium thin crust a bit steep for garbage. I asked for a napkins because I was staying at a hotel and they didn’t bring any.

I waited two hours for my delivery of meatball sub with fries, placed at 1915 on Sunday evening. I was originally told it would arrive in 45-50 minutes. I called at 1.25 hour. Of course the food was luke warm. I've used their service previously and wasn't like this, one year ago.

Sorry new York pizza! Your flyer is delivered to our hotel daily. Our benchmark to any eating are reviews. Unfortunately, your reviews let you down enormously and are disappointing. Take this inboard please! Remedy the issues... we would love to revisit and see positive reviews! The menu etc does look amazing and would definitely support you with more positive customer reviews! Great experience overall. The pizza was fresh and well made, and the place felt clean and welcoming. What really stood out was the service — Angela was amazing. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. Her attitude honestly felt like an angel, living up to her name.

I just came back from a cruise and checked into the Even hotel which is awesome! Staff was lovely. I ordered from. This restaurant and was severely disappointed. My 3 boys were hungry and this place got the entire order wrong. Customer service sucked and after a long trip this is what we got. I should've ordered from the Chinese restaurant. Don't order here

this is the worst pizza shop in MIAMI. and never order food from if you staying in Doubletree hotel as they recommend this restaurant(# for commission from the store for sure). the WORST SERVICE EVER. we order Fries with the order which never came and we called them for the missing item and they said will send the food but it never arrived. and Prices are too high end up paying 60 bucks + 5$ tip for just 1 Pizza.

Onion rings were burnt. Some were too hard to eat. Pizza was awful. The crust came off when picking up, I have never seen that before. Avoid at all costs.

The food is horrific, I ordered Spaghetti and got soggy linguine...ordered garlic bread and received dinner rolls with salt butter on the top.You would think if this is a pizza shop that the garlic bread would be authentic and they would have spaghetti pasta! what a sham!
