Had to finish dinner with a sweet treat. This late night spot makes cookies to order so fresh warm cookies is what you get every time. Also the portions of the cookies are a good size, you might be one and done. I liked the theme and decorations, I hope they come out with even more of a selection to choose from but in the meantime, I'll be back plus they’re open late.

Night Owl Cookies used to be amazing when they first opened. Their OG flavors were perfect—just the right balance of soft, chewy, and flavorful without being over-the-top. I used to love going there because every cookie felt fresh, simple, and delicious.
Now, though, it feels like they’ve strayed too far from what made them great. The flavors have gotten way too experimental, and while I get that they’re trying to be creative, a lot of the new cookies just don’t hit the same. They’ve become overly sweet, to the point where it’s almost too much after a few bites. The classic flavors that made them popular seem to take a backseat to these new, over-the-top creations, and it’s just not the same experience anymore.
They still have some good cookies, and if you like really sweet, loaded desserts, you’ll probably enjoy them. But for those of us who loved Night Owl for its OG cookies and balanced flavors, it feels like they’ve lost their touch. It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not as good as it used to be. BRING THE OLD ONES BACK!

i ordered 4 cookies and after my 20 minute drive home i opened the box and saw that my order was wrong along with a hair in it. i drove 20 minutes back and the best they did was remove the hair and replace the cookie in the same box. they should’ve at least had the decency to give me 4 fresh cookies considering four 20 minute drives is an hour 20 that i will not be getting back. really bad customer service, my cookies are cold now, and the health department should go in for a check up considering the none of the female staff had their hair tied up according to food service standards to avoid the unpleasant surprise i received in my order this evening.
I came to this location 3 nights in a row and they kept saying they have no ice cream and yet this is specifically an Ice Cream Spot! How do you not have ice cream???
Seems to me they didnt want to clean their machines or just outright serve anything at all just for the sake of being lazy.
I do not recommend this place to anyone EVER in the Miami location. The service is horrible, staff just did not care, floors were dirty and slippery, and tables were not clean.

The best so far..Tried Levain Bakery in NY, not as good. Just East of 107th Ave, you may enter from 107th ave through the street behind Taco Bell and before. From 8th St , is the 5th store or so, very nice, clean place..Try the Oreo cheesecake and Brokie, and Chocolate chip ….they don’t carry Oatmeal Raisin cookies 🍪😥….
