The service is always great, I've been there countless times and I don't have any complaints! The employees are helpful. The store is a cute pink shop with sprinkle tables. The cookies are consistent and they have quite a few different types that are all different. It depends on what you like, but the cookies are all great flavors! The cookies aren't bad, but i'd like to see something with dulce de leche, caramel, or macadamia nuts. It's the same 5 flavors every time. I'm sick of the Ave Maria and not a fan of the others. Another competitor rotates at least a couple of flavors.

This is my second time going to Night Owl but this time in a different location. The cookies are absolutely delicious. I think the branding is on point but I feel like the shops are all missing something to elevate the experience to meet the expectation of such a loved brand. This location is clean but it seems very boring when you walk in and it's the second time that I feel like the employees are just not enthusiastic about selling cookies. Maybe they should hire former Girl Scouts because if the employees were more enthusiastic it would certainly elevate the customer experience. Regardless, the cookies are absolutely delicious and very different. The quality and taste of the cookies from my last two visits exceeded my expectations. I recommend bring adventurous with your sweet tooth!

First time the door was locked and someone outside told us they were still making the cookies and it would be 20-30 minutes. So we left and came back around a half hour later excited to try these cookies, and after asking for a pair of Red Velvet cookies, we were told that they had no cookies made and it would be 20-30 minutes until they were ready. Safe to say they have no efficient method of actually making cookies and I won’t be coming back.

????????I must sadly say about this place that it is very chaotic, the service is very bad, no one knows anything, very slow to serve, if you receive so many orders, put more staff to work because it is a complete disaster.The Cookies are good, they are no longer delicious like before, I don't know why. But besides this, seriously How is it possible that I spent more than an hour waiting for two cookies to be served? And on top of that, I received the text message saying that it was ready and when I went there they told me that I had to wait another half hour. I do not recommend this place.

Cookies are good, they need to hire more people because there’s always a long line when I go. Waited a while to even get an order in. They’re also always out of the good cookies even though they’re supposed to be open till 2am. If it’s a reoccurring issues then just make more cookies. Every time I’ve gone they’ve always been out of the good flavors by midnight.
