Is this what it feels like to die and go to cookie heaven? What I appreciate about Night Owl is that it stays open late. You can enjoy a full day of activities before heading there. I expected this location to be empty on a rainy Monday night. However, nothing could be further from the truth. This place was packed with customers picking up their orders, and all of the popular cookies were running out. I watched the attendant literally turn the sign to indicate that a cookie had sold out. I received the last Twix cookie of the night, and I questioned if they'd have enough cookies to last the night altogether.
In addition to the Twix cookie, I ordered Chocolate S'mores, Devin's Dark Dream, Chocolate Chip, Dirty Diana, and Rainbow Over Bedrock. My favorite part about each of these cookies was the creamy filling in the center.
The service was great. Regardless of how crowded it was. The layout at the Wynwood location was spacious, with plenty of seats. I admired the neon signage and sprinkle-topped tables. There was also ample street parking available.

First time trying Night Owl Cookies! Perfect for a midnight sweet craving! These cookies were so amazing, they are way better than Crumbl cookies and the flavor varieties are amazing. We ordered several cookies, my favorite is the rainbow over bedrock. (Also pictured is the chocolate s’mores) Will definitely order from here again the next time I’m in Miami. Highly Recommend!

Cookies are good but the service is not. I placed a pickup order at this location one evening and upon checking my boxes in my car before leaving, I had 3 cookies that I did not order, instead of the ones I wanted. When I went back inside, they gave me a simple “we ran out” instead of asking what I’d like instead. Horrible lack of communication and they rather swap your cookies without letting you know so check your box before leaving. I understand running out of an item but the customer should be notified before a random item is selected that they may not like. I shouldn’t get home and find a surprise in my box of cookies and thankfully I avoided that. This place is disappointing.
