The treatment is horrible. All the women who work there are despotic and haughty. Especially the blonde with glasses and the Cuban woman who serves the hot food. They act likeIf you are doing a favor by serving me. It's a service and I'm paying. Second time I go and always the same thing and the treatment continues to get worse. I'll go somewhere else to buy Dominican bizochos. I don't go there anymore.

I have gone to Nitin very few times in almost 10 years that I have been in the neighborhood and everything has always been excellent but lately the older blonde lady who is on the food side, Cuban, has horrible treatment, I have already gone this week on three occasions and just seeing how he treats you makes you want to stop going again. As I read here, the owner or the person in charge of the page does nothing more than give excuses as to why this and that in each complaint, but one less customer each day does make a difference. The neighborhood is small and it is true that Nitin is no longer served as before. I'm not going anymore either

I tried to place an order over the phone and the lady who answered was so rude that she told me that she couldn't do that to me!!! Thank you very much for your services but I think you should be more educated since for clients you have a salary and a tip, think about that please

THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! Every time I have done the staff is unprofessional, everyone answers you with attitude, as if they didn't want to help you, that's why they don't work! I do not recommend this bakery.

The cake was horrible, everything was hard, the meringue and the cake even uglier ? I didn't like it at all, it's good Cuban

Getting unnecessarily pricey, like most places. And some servers look like they don’t want to work there. But overall it’s a decent place, and the food quality is great!Parking: Small parking lot. But at least they offer one. There’s also plenty of street parking.Kid-friendliness: Not a bad place to come with your kids. It’s spacious.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

I went this morning to buy a strawberry roll, and the employee didn't want to sell me the one I wanted, she told me I had to sell the older ones first. I left without buying it, I think I'm going to take action for that, I've been a customer for years, I've been going with my son since he was 2 years old and today he turned 11 and I wanted that roll, I would have liked the owner to always be in the business , I'm not going to go anymore.

I’ve been coming to this place for years. The food is good but the service is HORRIBLE. I went in 11/18 excited for breakfast & a male customer rapidly cut in front of me to order first & the waiter took his order, ok whatever, I wait.A minute later another man comes in & the cashier (red hair) takes his order ignoring me AGAIN. It was a mean, extremely rude, & degrading experience from both the cashier & their male customers. As a cashier, you see everything & know that I came in first, but blatantly ignored me to serve male customers. It was extremely uncomfortable & I won’t be back. There’s lamia bakery across the street, & tipico around the corner & its just as good, & is a friendlier & more respectful experience.

The hot food was phenomenal and the tiramisu was good, one complaint was that the empanada they gave us literally looked like cardboard. Aside from that, it was pretty goodWheelchair accessibility: Went with my dad so is currently injured on his right foot, easy access to bakery entrance

I Bought a dulce de leche Dominican cake for my uncle in law who is Dominican for his birthday but the inside of the cake was so dry. He said he liked it but he was just being nice. That cake was dry. So disappointed.
