NOA Cafe offers the best Peruvian cuisine in Miami, featuring dishes like Lomo Saltado and churrasco bowls that are a must-try. The food is a perfect blend of flavors, showcasing tender meat, amazing rice, crispy cheese, and chipotle mayo. Customers find the food delicious, fresh, and well worth the drive from Homestead. The portions are generous, and the attention to detail is evident in every dish. The cozy, well-decorated space provides an inviting atmosphere, although the outside area needs improvement, with a large trash dumpster nearby and ongoing construction. Service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive, ensuring a satisfying visit. Despite its basic exterior, the interior has a nice artistic wall that adds a touch of charm. Chipotle pales in comparison to the excellent dishes served at NOA Cafe.
