The quality of food amd service in North Italia in Miami is poor to average. The chicken Alfredo from the kid menu looks like a leftover over chicken that they threw together on top of the pasta and added some terrible Alfredo sauce on the side (see pictures).

As someone with a gluten allergy, it’s not easy to find Italian restaurants that are accommodating to my annoying dietary restrictions… but North Italia hits the spot with excellent GF pasta and pizza options that hit the spot 🎯
It’s also very entertaining to sit outside any day of the week and people watch all the different personalities that frequent Mary Brickell village, but be prepared to dodge some aspiring vloggers wanting to interview you for some silly commentary.

We sat outside and even though the waiter saw us, he didn’t even bring a menu. We waited for 10 minutes and since no one paid attention to us, we left. Service gets 0 points; I can’t say anything about the food taste

Service staff disinterested in follow up for drinks or if we needed any additional anything. Constant turnover in the staff makes one wonder if there is an issue with pay or environment. Food was excellent value but lack of service left us feeling regret for coming in. Normally the staff are attentive and as skilled as any higher priced Brickell option.

The food was so delicious I didn’t even think to snap a photo until my plate was empty! Emily was an outstanding server — attentive, cheerful, and always one step ahead. The location is perfect for enjoying a meal while watching all the activity around you. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is wonderful. It’s in a great location and has a pleasant atmosphere. There’s a bar in the front and a restaurant in the back. The food is delicious and the service was excellent. However, I found the place very dark. I even had to use my phone’s flashlight to read the menu. But aside from that, everything was fantastic.

Value for money. Excellent location. Very tasty food. Service so so. Entrees came first, then the appetizers and bread/oil. Shouldn't it be all the way around? She came back with parmesan cheese like 5-10 minutes later.
