I had an amazing experience at North Italia today. From the moment I walked in, the team greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel genuinely welcome. I was seated right away, and Rachel, the GM, personally stopped by to say hello since it was my first visit(such a thoughtful touch!).
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service throughout my meal was exceptional. I truly had a great time. Thank you to the entire team for making my first visit such a wonderful one!

The food was AMAZING, and our server (Santi P.) was nothing short of phenomenal. He provided outstanding service with a smile and just overall great vibes. The manager (Kianah) came over to check on us and made me and my grandmother feel like VIPs. We will definitely be returning.

Although the restaurant was 85% empty our entrees took over 30min to arrive so we had to eat in a hurry. The manager came to our table not yo apologize but to offer an excuse. The food was delicious, too bad we didn't have enough time to appropriately enjoy it.

It took 1.5 hours to get our food. One of our guest was given the wrong dish and as she was eating it , they took it away from her. The table of 9 were comped with and the person that got the wrong dish was also given the wrong dessert which contained milk. She has a milk allergy. Terrible experience for us especially that were 1st timers. We were all running the 1/2 marathon. The entire terrible experience took 3 hours of our evening where we all needed rest. The server did the best he could. Would not recommend!
