Chris could have taken a moment to explain that the reward might have expired or, if unsure, asked a colleague for help, but none of that happened. It felt as though he didn’t want to be there and that my presence was an inconvenience. A refresher in customer service etiquette for the team could be beneficial to ensure future guests receive the warm and helpful experience the brand is known for.

Today I ordered online 12 bundtinis for my nephew's birthday. He was craving for cupcakes, and we just find this option. They are fresh and delicious and he was really happy with this option. I tried a red velvet and they are amazing. I ordered online and it was ready to pick up when we arrived. Really recommend.

Good afternoon, I just want to share with you a bad experience that we had on the Pinecrest location: we bought one personal white chocolate raspberry cake and ask it to go, at the end we decided with my wife to eat it in the car on the parking and after we finished, I went again inside the store to trash the paper bag and the forks and the girl of the counter was super rude and told me that she had no trash available for costumers, that’s insane…no? I couldn’t believe it , we have being your costumers since a long time ago and I honestly don’t understand how someone can deny to trash a bag from its own shop

I needed a cake, took me less than 5 minutes to get it, great service, they changed their schedule and now is easier to plan a cake pick up when you are in a rush.
A bit disappointed they do not accept points to redeem for free item but display app all over the store. When explained as to why the staff didn't even look convinced what they were stating was accurate n kept repeating we are a franchise and then asked if I received an email when I noticed they scanned someone's phone for a free cake? Emailed for an explanation and no response for weeks, not very good in keeping customers happy nor explanation on changes, should remove or state in app
