When I came into the store, the environment was clean, peaceful, and inviting. I ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry and Red Velvet cakes, and both were absolutely delicious! I had the pleasure of being helped by Abby, who provided outstanding customer service , something I haven’t experienced in a long time. She was attentive, patient, and friendly while assisting both the customer ahead of me and myself. Her strong work ethic truly shows through the cleanliness of the store and the warm, welcoming atmosphere she creates.

This was my first time at Nothing Bundt Cakes and we decided to go to this specific location. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped by Abby. She was super nice and patient with us while we looked at the options to choose from. She took the time to explain their rewards system, how they worked and even told us about a new Bundt collab that’s coming soon! 10/10 recommend this location! Ask for Abby, she’s amazing!

Went on 6/7/25 @7:20 pm and staff refused a custom mini order because they weee closing at 8pm. Was very rude considering I have never been to a NBC before. Could not tell me if I could ever get a custom order and seemed upset with my request. However they did have time to chat with a friend that came to visit. From other reviews I see this is a staffing issue. Shame. Will not be back to this location ever again.

The staff who worked 6/3/25 not helpful and accommodating. It was raining outside when I picked up the cake I ordered but can’t give even just a paper bag to hold the box of the cake so it will not be messed up and be wet in the rain. I was not happy with the way the staff handled it.

I went into this store the Friday before Mother’s Day with my 28 month old and my 17 month old. I purchased 3 bundlets as gifts and asked if I could have them wrapped with cellophane and ribbon. They advised it would take 30 min to get it wrapped. I understood it was last minute but with 2 toddlers it would be difficult to wait that long. Since they were gifts I requested if I could please purchase a ribbon and was told they could not sell me ribbon. I asked if there was a gift bag I could put them in as a gift and was told they had a brown paper lunch bag- which I didn’t think was nice as I was giving them as a gift.
I think they should be more open and willing to have options for wrapping and at least allow me to pay for ribbon. The policy to refuse to make me happy, in my opinion, was distasteful and not geared for great customer service. Therefore I will not be shopping here any longer.

Unfortunately, we were stuck in a massive traffic jam and were going to arrive after their closing time. We called them and they stayed 30minutes later for us. They saved us! Wonderful staff and the cake was fantastic!
