Our waitress, Damaris, was wonderfully warm and helpful. The eggplant spread for the bread was so good, we are plotting how to make it at home. It’s a place to which we would return and recommend to others. (My only suggestion is to lower the music—it was difficult to have a conversation or to communicate with staff because of the volume.)

We went there and the service was okay. This is because you are charged 18% gratuity automatically. The staff already knows they are getting a tip. It took 30 minutes to get the bill and dessert never offered. Needless to say not going back

I’m here for valentine’s day I’ve honestly had an amazing time. I’m still sitting here at the table now they have a wonderful happy hour and the waiter damaelis (sorry if it’s spelled wrong) was amazing. She’s super sweet, super helpful and made sure that I got the best deals on drinks! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a low-key date night!!!
Damaris was very hospitable. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th Anniversary. My favorite dish was the dulce de Leche creme brulee dessert. I also enjoyed the Apasionado drink.

I went today for a quick lunch meeting, as I’ve done many times over the past three years as a loyal customer. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, we were finally told they were running behind and needed another 30 minutes. An absolute mess. What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay—it was the lack of transparency. Knowing they were oversold, they chose not to inform us upfront, and our waiter avoided us the entire time instead of explaining the situation. That’s simply not how you handle customer service. Very disappointing experience from Novecento. Not recommended for lunch.
