Staff needs better training, cooks aren’t aware of the difference between over easy, over medium, & over well. Cashier isn’t aware how to correctly ring out or ring up the customers. Bistro was definitely confused and management is inconsiderate.

Don't order your eggs over medium or over easy because if you get them over well were you can't dip your toast in the yolk the reason someone orders them over medium they will kick you out and not give you service. NEVER DID I MAKE A DISTURBANCES OR RAISE MY VOICE. But when you pay $68 for breakfast wouldn't you like what you order??? The chai tea literally make you choke so much cinnamon, but I did not say that I just went up to the counter and said, we do not like the chai tea, can we have chocolate milk instead, 2 ppl ordered the chai tea both of them said it was nasty. I did not ask for the difference back in the money knowing chocolate milk is cheaper. They didn't have chocolate milk.So instead of saying we don't have chocolate milk, they melt chocolate anf pour it in cold milk, it gets clotty because its not supposed to be mixed like that. It doesn't taste sweet.It tastes like no sugar powder cocoa in milk. Anyway the manager is assuming I guess that I'm giving them a hard time. Although he's not heard a word I've said cause I've not made a scene and tells me he doesn't want to serve me that he'll refund my money fine. I didn't even argue with him. I tried to explain to him my issue and all he kept saying was, you are a problem and I asked him what I did. He could not tell me. Because not once did he ask he just assumed I was being a unhappy unsatisfiable customer. When he goes to give me my money back. They don't even give me a receipt that shows refund it says 0 refunded, and then gives me a check showing how much they charge me. This shows how much I paid not how much im to be refunded back.
I would suggest the owner or manager to take a step back and actually ask the customer what's going on before He just assumes and believes whatever his staff might have told him because that's all I can come to the conclusion of cause never once was I mean, rude or loud in fact, I said, i'm SORRY, but they don't like this milk. I didn't even want to go tell them about the chocolate milk, but my daughter could not drink it. She wanted regular white milk because it was clotted The manager really need to evaluate what business he's in. I don't think the service industry is for you when you don't even try to know what actually is going on. I'm a business development executive of 14 treatment facilities with home base in this area. So I know this is not every cafe around here with the thought process of the customer is always in the wrong.
Well point proven just by the owners response back to this review. He also taught me that he racially profiles. Sad..... Sir i just got back from Jamaica for 2 weeks. I was tired. I'm sorry I didn't look like I had money to you that I needed to go to Denny's. I just wanted a decent breakfast, one that I actually ordered and payed for. I've never been to Denny's, but I bet you they have a correctly made chocolate milk. That's all have a good day.

I didn't see any of this. I seen the exact opposite. Manager didn't ask the customer what was wrong he just kicked her family out of the restaurant. The lady didn't even cause a scene, she just wanted her eggs. cooked differently and white milk. When the lady asked the manager what she did wrong, he didn't even tell her he just told her she doesn't like his food. I will never bring my wife to this restaurant again. After I seen how they treated her and her kids, I have seen much worse.Never did that, lady even talk loud, curse, rude nothing. So sad that restaurants now a days think
the customer is lucky to be in their restaurant!

This manager was absolutely rude to a lady and her two kids this morning. What blew my mind is he kicked them out wouldn’t serve her without knowing what was going on. I watched as one of his employees told him a story that fit his narrative. The manager didn’t even speak to the customer and assumed was true and kicked her out.

Fairly priced, and it's yummy! A lot of things are expensive around here. Service was incredible. Everyone was so sweet! While I'm visiting, I'll be going here for all my breakfast and lunch meals.

Love this place so much we came twice during our trip! The chicken salad is absolutely delicious. The chicken is nicely seasoned and is warm and tender. The salad dressing is also super delicious.

Awesome and beautiful space, good hood and coffee, but there’s only ONE bathroom for this enormous space and there should be limits on laptops who occupy a table for hours and hours at peak times and weekends. Used to love this place but the quality and vibe is really slipping as they’ve tried to expand without providing the proper facilities and environment.
