How sad, in fact, this was my favorite place to eat. The waitress arrives and has no way of expressing herself to the customers. We asked for a table. She told us that there weren't 3 available. More customers will arrive behind us. She gave them to us. She never told us. nothing and we are like fools waiting although the food is very good but they need to change staff I think they don't want to work anymore, my family went to eat every week but with this I don't think so anymore they need classes to learn how to treat customers, the waitress who served them is walking more asleep than awake

Probably the worst service I've experienced. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me for about 10 minutes. The place wasn't even busy, the waiters were towards back gossiping having coffee. I had made a call to place a pickup order, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived but it wasn't ready until an hour after my original phone call. It's a shame because the food is so good and for great price but the service is absolutely terrible.

I give them a 0, the frozen restaurant was horribly cold. And I asked them to please lower it and they told me that the owner would not let the temperature be lowered. I waited 40 minutes for some chicken soups and roast beef. We decided to leave when we saw that the delivery orders and the other tables were coming out. And no one ever came to tell us anything about our food. The waitress showed up and took the order and didn't show her face when we said we were leaving. Dead cold, we left without eating. Very bad experience 😡
