A clean, calm hole in the wall Salvadoran restaurant. It doesn't get any more authentic. The food was delicious, it took a long time for the order but that made us a little more confident that it wasn't sitting on a counter all day, and it did taste fresh. the only complaint I would have is that we waited for 30 minutes and they didn't tell us the food was ready when it came out

The staff are terrible at their service, blaming their customers for dropping their food when they didn't, this is disgracful and I will not be coming ever again. They make it a whole scene over 12 bucks. Seriously, its terrible.

11/03/2025, around 1:45 in the afternoon, I bought some chicharrón and cheese pupusas to take away, I didn't look at them, I just paid for them, $.4.05 each pupusa, there were 6 that I bought.
The problem comes when I get home and check the pupusas, they bathed them in oil, what a big disappointment, I have been a customer for many years, and this is actually the first time this has happened to me. Use about 12 napkins. My wife ate one and the fat hurt her.
The thing is that I called to communicate with the owner, and the employee who answered, with a great attitude, told me that she was not there, then she called again at around 3:30 p:m, and another employee answered and told me the same thing, with attitude too, she asked me my name, I would give it to her, I asked Bel about her, and she didn't want to give it to me.
My advice to the owner, a great person, would be, and very responsible, when the cat is not there, the mice have a party, be very careful with that.
Next time I will have to pay more attention, it costs a lot of money to do it, ask the owner to always check the take-out orders, as well as the deliveries. I'm very upset with the employees who answer the phone, covering for each other.

I can't give them more stars because in reality the food arrived raw, the roast meat had a rotten smell and I definitely called for them to make a change and they told me "we have to send the food for review" and even so they didn't bring the food for it to go through "review" honestly terrible food

Bad. Bad. Apart from the several spelling errors on the menu and the various signs. The passion fruit juice is more water than passion fruit, the Salvadoran cream is more water than cream, the torino burnt, the beans and cheese without labor. The only good thing was the service.
