We had an amazing experience at Nusr-Et Steakhouse. The atmosphere is luxurious, the meat quality is outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented.
Special thanks to Luis — he was truly exceptional. Very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He explained the dishes perfectly, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was flawless throughout our visit. Service like this really elevates the whole experience.

I will keep this short. I don’t wanna waste any more of my time and money on this place. In a nutshell, the food, service and atmosphere fell far short of the price we paid. The flavors weren’t bad, but they weren’t exceptional, which the number on the right side of the menu would suggest. We split a WOW steak, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, meat sushi and the least expensive bottle of Pinot Noir $115. The bill came out to $500. The thing that set me off the most, was the unconditional application of a 20% gratuity. I didn’t see that on the menu or anywhere else, nor did they explain that when we sat down. Nevertheless, that is unacceptable.

Way way over priced!! Service was mediocre but the atmosphere was good. We shared a steak, had 2 sides and the cheapest bottle of wine. They automatically add a 20% tip on the entire bill which I find aggravating. Tipping is our choice based on. Service and Im not going to tip $30 to have someone open a bottle of wine. Our bill was just under $500. For 2 people!! Never again!
