Ive been going to the gym for around 2 years, and MIA Nutrition has been an amazing quick meal for me after my workouts. The smoothies are sooo good, great source of protein and not filling at all, and their tea’s are so sweet. Sometimes they even have protein donuts, muffins, and brownies, which all taste AMAZING. If you’re thinking to yourself “oh but isn't all that filled with sugar or super unhealthy?” WRONG ❌, all their teas, smoothies, and sweet snacks have no added sugars. It’s all made out of natural healthy ingredients, everything they serve is diabetic approved. I’ve been going here every day for 2 years and haven’t gained a pound. This cafe is a MUST, it is rarely packed throughout the day, so getting yourself a drink here won’t be a problem at all.

These smoothies aren’t like any other, they’re full packed with protein and are such a good meal replacement, and when it comes to their teas I have never tried anything more hydrating! No sugar added or fake processed products used 10/10 recommend
