I had a horrible experience with my delivery. I order delivery very often from Wynwood. I also order very often from the meridian location in Miami beach when I am at work. On this particular day I didn’t receive my order. I tried calling the store multiple times. No one would answer. I drove myself to the store to get my money back and the worker just me handed me my order and told me the deliver person couldn’t find my address and he had returned my order. I ended up paying the delivery fee and parking which is costly at Wynwood. I reached out to get support. After a few weeks of waiting for support , no one answered. I decided to close my account and they were really quick to answer to that. With in a day my account was closed. I had such a horrific experience with technical support . I will not be supporting any of the OAKBERRY stores.

You can order on the kiosk or in person. We got the Matcha Strawberrjito ($7.95) which is such an interesting combination of matcha, açaí, and I think coconut milk. However, it didn’t taste good and might have just been too healthy tasting for us. We did love the dried strawberry topping though.

visited this oakberry once months ago and for days they have been trying to charge my credit card at 1 in the morning multiple times. whether it's a glitchy system or scammy workers i don't think the smoothie is worth getting your information stolen

As a true Brazilian açaí lover, I simply adore Oakberry. For me, it's the closest thing to authentic Brazilian açaí you can find here in Miami. It's incredibly delicious, not overly sweet, creamy, and not watery. You have the option to choose your favorite toppings, like fruits, granolas, and more. They also offer açaí smoothies, açaí juices, and much more. I highly recommend it!

I don’t like to type this kind of things but my acai was super melted and little toppings, this is ridiculous, $30 dollars for 2 frozen fake acai in a small cup. Taste really bad. Definitely I’m not coming back.

ordered from doordash and they got the order completely wrong. wouldnt normally post a review but they gave me an order with nuts, in a different size and with different toppings than i ordered. just the size of the cup would’ve told you that this WAS NOT what was ordered. if i had a nut allergy, this could have caused serious issues, even death. unacceptable, please pay attention to what you’re doing. its become a repeat problem, every time we order something comes wrong.
I ordered the Super Berry Spritz, but it was just way too strong, the taste was super intense and not enjoyable at all. I really couldn’t drink it. I asked nicely if I could switch it for something else, but the girl just said, “No, sorry, you ordered a strong flavor.” I get that I chose it, but for an $8 drink, it was really unpalatable. Left pretty disappointed
