✨First visit to Oakberry Açaí. Wynwood is a popular destination, however parking is limited. I wanted a healthy meal replacement for lunch. The portion size of the bowl (serve in a cup) was convenient for being on the go. I ordered the Founders Bowl and my niece ordered a bowl with pistachio. We also ordered a Purple Lemonade (Açaí and Lemonade combo) to go for my father. I used a discount code from the Upside App, which was helpful. These bowls are costly but tasty. We visited on a weekend day (Monday) around 1pm and it was not busy. It was a good thing because there was only one worker.

I’m so disappointed… whoever is working today just doesn’t care. They didn’t fill my 24oz to the top like normal and half assed filled the layers. I’ve NEVER experienced this ordering through DoorDash delivery or pick up or going in. I didn’t have time to go in since I’m working. I will add a 5 star review if this is corrected but as for right now I’m afraid to order delivery for this place to have this happen again. I can’t go in all the time as this location opens after I’m working. I used to be loyal where I was getting oakberry literally everyday this week. Not anymore… I tried to call but no one picked up.

Worst location and service I’ve ever seen. They close the doors whenever they want and does not even look at you when you try to open the door during working hours. One time I got outdated collagen, which is dangerous for health. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, even I live close by. Better go to Yann Couvreur and get asai for the same price but with quality products and good service.
