This Brickell Mandarin is excellent. Second time back there and they didn’t fail to be wonderful in the least. Love the location ie view and the facilities perfect, laying on their little beach they made was so relaxing. Service is always excellent with a smile. Food is soooooo yum! Very clean, beautiful hotel. Rooms are great size and the balcony’s are relaxing. Just a perfect hotel in my eyes. Will be back for sure!

Very enjoyable in all respects! Workout area and spa are top tier. The views of city and Biscayne bay are remarkable. You don’t have to leave hotel property to have a great vacation. Rooms and especially the bath area are very large. David the concierge is very knowledgeable, probably the best I have ever met. Bartender at the M.O. bar makes the best drinks and has a ton of good information. Thanks Alex!

The rooms and pool were really subpar, but the service and people made up for it. Location was beautiful. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Spa host was horrible. I was there for a conference, so I was tied up in meetings all day. I kept emailing the spa for a 4pm massage and they kept giving me the run around, saying I had to call them. Whenever I called during one of the breaks, it would keep ringing or going to Voicemail. I finally had to have the concierge do it, but it could have all been done so easiely via email. Thank you to David from the Concierge. He was the best!

We stayed for 2 nights. Excellent service - received what we paid for. The views were spectacular. See our photos. The Peruvian restaurant was very good and we loved the breakfast. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We recently visited the Mandarin Oriental Miami for the fourth time. This is our first visit since Covid and we were happy to see that everything is back to normal. The ambience of this property will rival any five star property and we find it to be the most relaxing hotel ever. The La Mar restaurant is outstanding and we highly recommend it , but there are also other amazing restaurants within walking distance. The M.O. employees are the most accommodating we have ever seen. We would especially like to give kudos to Paule. She has been employed a this property for 19 years and her enthusiasm for the hotel is evident. She went out of her way to make us feel special and we appreciate her going over and beyond for us. We look forward to another stay soon!

My husband and I stopped here for two nights on the way home from Cayman. We will definitely be back. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is exceptional and you couldn't ask for a better location. We had an absolute ball just sitting at the bar with bartender extraordinaire, Hunter. The front desk, concierge, valet, pool staff and housekeeping were so helpful and couldn't have been more attentive. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer. We are already talking about when we can go back.

This was a great experience. My room was large, spotless and comfortable. My request for a balcony with chairs was met (some rooms have very small step out balconies.) service was excellent. All staff members went out of their way to be friendly and help in any way they can. The pool area is beautiful and the “beach” on Biscayne Bay was pleasant. The hotel has great views of the bay and the Brickell skyline from everywhere. The food was excellent. We had room service, lunch at the pool, and dinner at La Mar. All were great experiences. The hotel is on Brickell Key, a small island connected to Brickell by a short bridge. It has a great running path along the shore of the island with beautiful views. My only suggestion is to improve the in room coffee service. They offer coffee in the lobby, but I doubt most people want to go down for a morning cup. The room only offered espresso and small, paper cups. A hotel this nice should use real coffee cups and have more choices. I look forward to staying here again. It’s an excellent choice.
This place is paradise and a lap of luxury, the views are too marvelous to put into words. Any amount of money they tell you per night, pay it. You cannot go wrong. Just do it. The spa is a must, I spent an entire afternoon there. Oh so pleasant, relaxing and peaceful

Another amazing experience at the Mandarin ORIENTAL MIAMI. otherwise known as MOMIA This has been one of my very favorite places to stay in the last 18 years. The staff goes out of their way to be accommodating and professional and it’s the best. Upon arrival the font desk does the best they can to make sure you have a room that suits your reservation preference and they really care about your comfort Especially Sebastian who is an excellent manager who personalizes your needs. I also had a wonderful experience in the spa and amazing treatment with Galina the spa is amazing The room service and housekeeping staff are the best as well I just love the personal attention and care they give me I feel so special when I stay at the MOMIA One of the best things is the pool and beach because it’s gorgeous and comfortable and the staff is amazing I don’t want to forget the bell staff and the valet area they are trained professionals and look out always for my needs This is a great hotel for business meetings as well as vacations. I love the location it’s close to so many new shooing choices and restaurants La Mar is an amazing Peruvian restaurant on site don’t miss it

Everyone was exceptional. Le Mar was amazing. I can’t wait to return! Even though we were there for business, I still felt pampered. Only wish there had been time to try the spa. I’ve heard it’s fantastic.
