There is never any change, a young woman attended me, named Viviana, according to the receipt, correctly putting her name... I left her tips in their glass and she charged me on the card for extra tips since she told me to just sign, in the end they charge the product more 20% tips. I understand that it is voluntary but if they deceive you that way they will lose clients.

I want to leave an honest review, I visited this institution for the first and last time. A Spanish woman greeted me warmly, I ordered a large hot chocolate, paid, plus left a tip. They brought me a very small glass, plus I asked for no sugar, they poured a ton of sugar. The girl who took the order hid in the office. I knocked to get it fixed, no one came out, later another employee came out, and started telling me that we only had a small size with us, I replied that I asked for a large size, she did not want to fix anything, nor return the money, just with a grin, "I'm sorry." Therefore, I do not recommend this cafe to anyone. No way. Other restaurants at least tried to fix the situation.

I didn't know the place but someone recommended it to me, I bought a box of assorted truffles that turned out excellent, the girl who served me was very friendly and helpful, she did everything possible to make me happy. Without a doubt it is a place to recommend to anyone, I will undoubtedly return and not just once.
