During our visit, we experienced an unusually long wait time of approximately 25 minutes for our food, which seemed excessive compared to the much shorter wait times observed by other patrons. I was tempted to leave, but after discussing the situation with the staff, we decided to stay. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. However, it was disappointing to feel overlooked for nearly half an hour. I would recommend this place provided you dress appropriately....

I have to admit that our experience here was phenomenal.
From the moment you walk in, you are kindly greeted by the waiting staff and a warm and cozy ambiance. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and kept very clean. We were attended by Eileen and she provided excellent customer service to my wife and I with exceptional care. She provided us insight into various dishes and knew the answer to every dish Ohana serves. She was also very polite.
