Unfortunately we did not have a good experience this time. The first time we went the food was delicious. Good quality and overall good taste. However when we went tonight The quality of burger meat was terrible. Unfortunately I would not recommend this food truck. 3 burgers with zoggy fries 50$!! And I can’t even say it was worth the money. While I understand that as an owner you don’t like to see a bad review this is my experience. I like to support local business but i also expect that I get what I pay for and the food this time did not meet expectations as it had in the past. I also did not say each burger was 50$. I said 3 burgers were 50$. Have a wonderful weekend.

The Family Food Truck came into our community, and after checking their website and reviews, I was curious to try their Colombian-inspired food. The people working on the truck were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, our French fries were very hard, and the tostones were also tough — not sure if it’s their frying method, but they weren’t pleasant to eat and most of the flavor came from the mayo. The burger left a greasy aftertaste that lingered through the night, so perhaps it was just an off day. My family didn’t enjoy the experience, and for the $15+ per person, we’d rather go to another burger place. Not a happy experience overall, though it might just be a matter of personal taste.
Update: This was actually my first and only visit to this food truck. My review was written honestly and based solely on that experience — there was no malicious intent. I enjoy supporting small businesses and was genuinely curious to try their Colombian-style food. Unfortunately, the food quality that day didn’t meet our expectations, but feedback should always be an opportunity for improvement, not confrontation.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I noticed staff using the same rag to clean both the chairs and the tables, which felt unsanitary. The food was overly greasy, and it was difficult to enjoy a meal with my family because the generator was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation
