The food is amazing. Period. Vegan or not, you have to pass by and try it out. I personally order the Philly with sweet potato fries but I'm going to be trying their whole menu. Lourdes was amazing. Super friendly, great smile and attitude and works hard and fast. Come on over!!!
Absolutely love this place! The beef quesadillas were delicious. Tried the cheeseburger, the Philly cheesesteak & the loaded fries. All of it was fresh & flavorful. Portions are filling. This humble food truck cranks out some awesome eats. Lourdes is just amazing.. going back again & again!

Love the idea it’s vegan no soy so that’s 5 stars- but I don’t recommend getting the single patty it’s more bread then patty which is not good- maybe try double patty but I was disappointed for my first time trying this- I was looking forward to a juicy burger like TikTok and YouTube showed but it was soggy and had to take bread off to actually find the meat and enjoy the taste of it vs just tasting the bread. The chicken was creative - fries were soggy and I ordered seasoned and sweet potato but got two sweet I wanted to try both types-

I don’t want vegan restaurants to keep closing. I just want to give advice because I like the concept and you have the potential to be really really good. But everything is over seasoned. Sometimes simple is better. Everything is SOOO loaded. So much sauce & little flavor. It ruins the food, the taste & the consistency. Just go a little lighter. Focus on the taste. Adding SOOO many fries is overwhelming. Just go light.
