Beautifully baked bread, so light and fluffy. We ordered cinnamon rolls, shokupan loaf and a stuffed bread and it all came out fresh, warm and delicious.

Really amazing bakery. It’s untraditional in the fact that you order everything ahead online, for either pick up or delivery. Above and beyond customer service. The owner personally delivered my items because they weren’t ready when I got there, and she sent me home with a couple of extra goodies. The pop tarts were so good. And the brown butter chocolate chip cookie was the perfect ratio. I can’t wait to try the breads. Thank you again Helen!

If I could put more than 5 stats for service I would! I left part of my order and they went out of their way to make sure I get it regardless of it all! Thank you so much and I will be coming back often! It's all delicious ???

I've only been able to try 3 items so far, but I highly recommend the decadent shoku-buns for something sweet and the glizza for something savory. Would have loved to try the black sesame cinnamon rolls, but it only comes in 6-piece portions. I also personally found the black sesame shortbread too salty but super unique. Pre-ordering required and pickup in the storefront between the pasta and Vietnamese place.

I ordered a holiday bread pudding from them. I liked the spices in the bread pudding, but the bread pieces on the top were quite dry. it was probably good when it was fresh, but we saved one more night for Christmas Eve.

One of the best asian bakeries in the country, full stop. As someone new to Miami, there's a severe lack of good asian food, particularly bakeries, in the area. It compares well to other major food hubs that I've eaten at, including Toronto, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, and San Francisco. This new little shop that's starting up is off to an amazing start.
The sesame cinnamon buns are gloriously sticky, nutty, and was steaming hot when I went to pick it up. Not too sweet, but just sweet enough, and fantastic with an espresso.
The togarashi garlic bread was a wonderful surprise. Soft, pillowy, slightly sweet and mostly savory, with a subtle hint of citrus in the back end.
The dark chocolate adzuki bean shoku-bun was decadent and similarly pillow-y.
Even their conventional loaves look to be a great deal, and similar priced to other big-name brand grocery stores (looking at you Whole Foods). Support a small business and get your sourdough from here instead.

This place is about to ruin beach season in Miami
Love the products here. Different type of pastries than your average bakery, which was really refreshing! Everything was incredible from the loafs of fresh bread to the black sesame cinnamon rolls!HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It’s a good bakery with unique products. The low rating is due to a couple of things. Erratic business hours and no telephone. Which means that you’ll often drive 35-50 minutes only to find they’re closed or have no inventory. I repeat: they don’t have a telephone, quite a disservice to their customers. And if you order on their website they include an automatic tip.
Try the shortbread cookie! I’m not usually a fan, but this one was unreal. Coffee is also super good!
So lucky miami has this new fresh bakery... so few of these.. I arrived late and owner stayed open for me... great customer service...delicious pastries and sour dough bread and had great gluten free options..Bravo!
Excellent bakery, super friendly staff. Everything I’ve tried has been incredible, especially the shokupan and black sesame shortbread.
