I am very disappointed with the service and food of original pancake house. I had a steak Benedict and whoever the cook was didn't know how to cook the steak. There was no flavor in the Benedict and I had ordered hashbrowns and they gave me potatoes and charged me for the hashbrowns separately when that was suppose to included with my meal. Not to mention there is a service fee which explains the lack of attention to detail. Restaurants who have service fee are creating an environment where servers don't try to actually go above and beyond for their customers instead they do the bare minimum because they they have an automatic tip. CEO of Pancake house should remove the service fee and encourage organic customer servive.
