The rating reflects my disappointment with management’s handling of a product issue today. I purchased several items, and when I got home to cook the dried spaghetti, I discovered it was infested with weevils. I understand this can occasionally happen with dried grain products, so I called Origini simply to notify them and request a refund. The item was inexpensive—maybe around $3—but the response I received was unreasonable.
I was told they needed to consult with the owner, and eventually someone called me back to say I would need to drive 10 miles back to the store with the product in order to get a refund. That’s not how good customer service works.
Unfortunately, between the bug issue and the poor handling of my concern, I won’t be returning to this store.

As Italian I expected something more, there are the same products you can find in all other Italian stores in Miami and is really overpriced. The cafeteria has only few fresh sweet pastries and nothing more. Not recommended
