Love ordering to go from Outback because it's always on time, they get the order right, and the food is delicious. For a working individual, these are my priorities. Food is also packaged carefully so that food does not spill and kept warm for my 20 minute drive home or can be reheated if necessary. Pricing is OK and rewards program offsets the cost on a regular basis by allowing earning of points faster. If anything needs to be reviewed is the size of a cup vs a bowl of soup when packaged. I always seem yo get more when eating at the restaurant. Potato soup is wonderful as well as the ribs. These are like no other!
I parked in their To-Go space. The wait time was speedy, attendant brought my food to car with courtesy and professionalism, and food was very tasty and cooked at requested (steak) temperatures. Everything was delicious including their fried mushrooms in ranch sauce and tazmanian chili. The customer experience and quality of food was considerably better than other chain restaurants we’ve visited in South Miami lately. This is my new go to.

Service was good but quality of food sucked. But it may not be the chef's fault. Outback may need to just change up their menu. Boomerang cheese sticks sucked, Mac and cheese sucked. Steak and chicken was good...

Went to Outback this afternoon and what a disgrace, I've ordered a 6 oz sirloin, a Caesar salad and French fries picked up my order went home and guess what? the 6 oz sirloin was missing so they just gave me the salad and the French fries 🤷🏻♀️ when I' ve paid for everything!!! I thought Outback was a serious and an honest restaurant but I was wrong the guy that took my order today was very rude and racist not only he stole my money but he didn't complete my order what a shame you guys steal from your clients everyday? Shame on you! You should hire better employees..just saying. You deserve 0 stars
I just arrived from Connecticut and Lily was amazing. Her staff helped us very much. The food was great and I’ll be back.
