Forgot to bring utensils at first. Kookaburra wings was too salty, we asked a replacement, then it came without batter, I asked the item to be removed from the bill. Service was ok, the manager even came to apologize after first time we asked wings to be replaced but I personally like Outbacks that have great kookaburra wings. The Alice chicken was fabulous so I'm giving a 4/5.

Terrible experience at this Outback Steakhouse location. I visited on 11/28/25 and received very poor customer service from our server, Jackie. After taking our order, she never returned to check on the table. I ordered a filet mignon well done, and it arrived pink inside and undercooked. No follow-up, no service, and no correction. Extremely disappointing. I will not be returning—stay away from this location.

This location on NW 7th street recently opened and i was excited to try it as it is closer to my house than the West Flagler location. i was very disappointed with the food and the service. they had no crayons to go with the color sheet they gave my son. Drinks took forever. Waitress was not very attentive drinks took long and restaurant was not that busy for theses issues. Bloomin onion was dripping grease

Worst experience ever !!! My chilli came cold as ice, my baked had whole stick butter on it when I ask for EXTRA BACON, my steak came out bloody soaking the whole plate with nothing but grease & blood !

This outback was unbelievable they brought me out cold chilli put extra butter on my bake potato that i didn't ask for. Also they brought me out my steaks bloody and full of grease. I then left the establishment and went down the street to the outback and got amazing customer service from kirra food was hot and fast service. PLEASE DONT GO TO THE OUTBACK across the street from magic city casino!!!!

Amazing experience in this location. Went there on Saturday at noon, the place was close to empty, so we were seated fast. The waiter was great and friendly. We had the sirloins with rice, mashed, sweet potatoes and broccoli. Both of them cooked exactly to what we requested and both really tasty. You can pay with the little machine at the table, so that is a plus.
