I give it one star because you can't give it a 0, an immense lack of respect, 8:30 am and the employees yelling, gossiping, and saying bad words as if it were a vacant lot. Badly educated, trashy and unpleasant. Terrible place for everything, they didn't even have internet to charge or so they said, they were very comfortable without customers. Don't come here if you value your time and money. Disgusting is the only thing I can think of to describe the service in this place, they treat you better in any truck in Cuba, immense lack of respect

I grew up eating here over 20 yrs ago and the food and staff are incredible. Delicious Spanish bakery items and cuban coffee. My mom and I go anytime I'm in Miami and we take my son passing down that tradition. Absolutely love this place and the people!

Bad service, I asked if I could work there while consuming something and they told me yes, but when I asked for a connection to charge my PC they denied it, when I had already paid, the person in charge was very rude.
Waited over 20 mins for eggs and toast…. And the place wasn’t busy at all.

Product displays attracted me to enter. Menu is comparable to grocery bakeries with upscale bakery goods. Took the menu, and definitely will return to purchase specialty/occasion products.

I passed by this place today 03/15 at 11:50 in the morning, I was in a bit of a hurry because I had to go to work at 1 and I ordered something quickly so I could continue and the wait was so long that I had to leave and I lost my money because they didn't refund me. Anyway, a fast food place that is delayed can at least refund customers

On Sunday I was at that bakery on a recommendation for breakfast and it was the worst, a scandal, rudeness, an argument between a lady who seemed like the boss because of her arrogance and bad manners where everything could be heard in the room, lack of ethics of education, without words, very disappointed. What a shame I was with my family and I felt so bad that I got up and left.
