I went on Saturday Service is great food is alright delicious alcoholic beverages but Aylah was a very warm server and my other (server?) Rodney was very helpful and friendly he checked in to make sure everything was alright when my server was busy with another table it made me experience more pleasant great kid

I’ve been visiting PF Chang’s at the Falls for a while now. The service is consistently good, friendly staff who are attentive and professional. The food is normal and satisfactory, nothing extraordinary but reliably okay. It’s a comfortable spot for a casual meal, and I appreciate the consistency over time.

The WORST food and service I’ve experienced in my entire LIFE. Horrible place.
We are regulars and we had Lazaro as our waiter for the first time. He was amazing, he took the time to make sure we were satisfied and making sure if we needed anything. We learned that he is new to the restaurant, he will be a great asset to the restaurant. When my wife and I return we will request him as our server. We also know CiCi, she went to school with our daughter Amanda.

The takeout is the WORST there is nobody EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR there and if you’re luckily the male bald manager passes by he MIGHT help you with your food that was ready an hour ago
