If you’re coming to P.F. Chang’s at The Falls for conversation, good luck—it’s loud enough to feel like a nightclub minus the DJ. Service, though, was on point: friendly, efficient, and quick. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. My brother-in-law’s ribs were overcooked (some even burnt), the fried green beans—which used to feed four easily—are now barely enough for two, and the Mongolian beef was so tough it felt closer to beef jerky than steak.
Worth it if you’re already at the mall and craving chain Asian fusion, but definitely not a “special night out” kind of spot.
Best for: Casual mall pit stop, not foodies. Bottom line: Friendly staff, forgettable food.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Bryan, our server. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was quick to offer recommendations, all of which turned out to be spot on. Our drinks and food arrived promptly, and everything was exactly as ordered. Throughout the meal, he checked in at just the right moments, ensuring we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy our time. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Bryan by name!
