Loud vibes, friendly staff, meh food

If you’re coming to P.F. Chang’s at The Falls for conversation, good luck—it’s loud enough to feel like a nightclub minus the DJ. Service, though, was on point: friendly, efficient, and quick. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. My brother-in-law’s ribs were overcooked (some even burnt), the fried green beans—which used to feed four easily—are now barely enough for two, and the Mongolian beef...

Lazaro is an amazing server—extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He went truly above and beyond to check in, making sure everything is perfect and that we feel comfortable and well taken care of. His warm personality and thoughtful service made the experience feel like being at home, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us want to return again and again.
