We had reservations for 5:15 PM and arrived at 5:02 PM. We were told that the table was not yet ready, which we understood, and we let the host know we would wait at the bar until we were seated. We ordered a drink and informed the bartender that we would move to our table once it became available. However, we were never called. By 5:30 PM we still had not been seated, despite having a reservation. To avoid waiting any longer, we decided to stay at the bar and have our meal there....

Not the PF Changs I remember. The waitress was great but looked helpless as she didn't have help. One of the appetizers was served at the end of the main meal just in time for the dessert, which we took home

Loud vibes, friendly staff, meh food

If you’re coming to P.F. Chang’s at The Falls for conversation, good luck—it’s loud enough to feel like a nightclub minus the DJ. Service, though, was on point: friendly, efficient, and quick. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. My brother-in-law’s ribs were overcooked (some even burnt), the fried green beans—which used to feed four easily—are now barely enough for two, and the Mongolian beef...
