I should’ve got the servers name but wow, I don’t think I’ve had better customer service anywhere else in Brickell. The food is obviously so good as well. I just felt like I was actually cared about, the waitress made sure I was comfortable and that I always had everything I needed.

AMAZING Experience! Our server Brianna and chef Charlie came to the table to give us options, my six year old celiac was dying to eat noodles, the chef made the Pad Thai noodles with black sauce (GF) and broccoli she loved it!!! Our food was all gluten free including fried rice and beef with broccoli, everything was delicious, they made us feel safe and I will be forever grateful.

Upon arrival we got told them there was no place available and that we had to be placed on a waiting list.30 min later we did not hear back and we decided to drop by, only to see that the place was totally empty...Food was below par, service was slow and the waiter was nowhere to be seen.Upon payment it was remarked that the bill did not include gratuity and we where requested to leave a tip.I get that its the customs here in the States, but it goes against my instinct when this is the service I get in return.

I have been to this PF changs many times. Food is always great. Sometimes the service can be slow but today I had a waiter named Steve. Steve is the definition of someone that takes pride in their job. He was exceptionally fast and very nice. I wish he worked more night shifts as that’s when I go eat.

I Had a great experience dining at PF Chang in Brittle. It was my first time dining and the welcome and hospitality that was delivered. The food was exceptional and delicious and the wait time was in a timely manner. The atmosphere and staff was awesome. They greeted us and made us feel very so very welcomed and comfortable.
