First time here, I love pizza but did not fall in love with P Pizza. The store is nice and the employees were very friendly. I ordered a plain cheese pizza that's what I like to do to critique simple 3 ingredients. Then your palette is not mislead by other ingredients. The dough was good a little yeasty and the cheese amount was fine. But when I asked the guy how was the marinara sauce he couldn't tell me if was sweet or salty. I tried it myself and it really had no flavor. I decided to try the pizza anyway, thinking that the cheese might do it some justice. If they tweaked the sauce with fresh garlic, little oregano and Basil and a little sugar,( I don't like sweet pizza sauce) it would probably be in the 4 star range for me. Very fast cooking time(5 minutes ) and no wait is a positive. If I were the owner my focus would be on improving the sauce, even if I had to come up with the recipe myself, given the marinara that was probably prepackaged. I think there would be lines out the door if it weren't for the marinara, based on the location..
