The people was very friendly and helpful. They made the most delicious paella, everyone loved it. I rent them for my baby shower at AD Barnes Park and they came on time and made us happy with their food. The owner Yaneisy, was very responsive and helpful, she was actually the one that recommended me AD Barnes Park and I had the best shelter there. The price was fair for that amount of food. Horrible ServiceI booked them for a birthday party and they declined my service because I lived away from the Miami area. When I had first spoken to them they said my location was fine and the prices were given. Three weeks later they sent me a contract with the wrong city, which I told them in advance. After informing them to fix the city in the contract there was an unprofessional and unethical back and forward communication regarding the change of location. After that, they send me a text saying that they can no longer offer their services because they thought my location was in Miami and they were no longer able to go my location because it required too much of their TIME, GAS, and MILES. I leave by Aventura Mall, but to get their services I need to live in Miami. They were rude and extremely unprofessional, i would not recommend their service to anyone. If they would have said no from the beginning I would have understood, but to cancel last minute on me is the worse thing to do to a customer.
