Excellent all around - from the prompt and professional service we received from the first call to the event coordinator to the amazing food. We hired them for a milestone birthday party and there was a lot of communication before the party. Our coordinator made sure all our questions were answered. They arrived at our house promptly, and prepared the appetizers and paella Valencia onsite, served the guests, and even cleaned up. Impeccable service from Chef Raynier and team. The paella was absolutely delicious, the guests took every bit of the left over paella home with them! Great experience, it was exactly how we wanted our party to be. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We've hired Paella Party quite a few times to cater our annual office holiday party and they always do an amazing job. Besides their delicious paella, we've also had them do lechon asado with all the usual sides but the real stars IMO are the appetizers: at today's party we had garlic shrimp, lollypop lamb chops, tortilla Española, yuca fries, conch fritters, crab cakes, chicken skewers, a variety of croquetas, and more. And each item was amazing. I pigged out on all of those appetizers so I ended up taking home the main course of lechon, rice & beans, sweet plantains, & yuca in mojo which I look forward to having tomorrow. As always, the chef and his two servers arrive on time and keep their great food coming and spaced apart just right. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation and will definitely hire them again year after year.
