Have done work for the owner who has no business or work ethics and to top it off behind the scenes it's a whole different look from the presentation. coolers delivered full of vacume sealed meats with no ice and higher than room temperature. talks on a derogatory manner to his teenage employees to the point that the wife has to correct him. presentation wood boards that have mold but are covered with the decorative kale. And then goes behind my back to talk business with my X who is was my work partner knowing we are having issues with out mentioning anything to me. Only to tell me that he has to put food on his table and get out of his house and had better things to do than to reach out to not only a person that works for him and rents him equiptment but also a friend since high-school. Truly sad what money and greed do to people. God speed and Karma. #ethics

I recently attended a catered event by Paellas Now, and my experience was far from what I had hoped for. At first, the setup seemed promising. There was a grill stationed right in front of us, with the sizzling sounds and enticing aromas creating the illusion that we were about to enjoy a fresh, hot meal. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading.
When the food was finally served, it was disappointingly ice cold. It quickly became clear that, despite the grill being visible and active, most of the meals had been prepared ahead of time, with little to no effort to serve them hot or fresh. This was particularly frustrating, given the nature of the event, where you expect the food to be prepared on-site and served fresh, especially when you’re able to see the grill right in front of you.
To make matters worse, I observed staff members eating while working, which was both unprofessional and off-putting. It's unsettling to see employees eating on the line, especially when they should have been focusing on serving guests and ensuring the quality of the meal. This lack of attention to service left a negative impression on the event as a whole.
Overall, my experience with Paellas Now as a catering service was disappointing. The cold food and unprofessional behavior from the staff were major letdowns. I would hope that they take these issues seriously, as there’s potential for great food and service. However, for now, I’ll be hesitant to consider them for future events.
