We were in town for just the night and decided to give Palma a try and what a great choice! We did the tasting menu and wine pairing. I don't drink much so the somm offered a partial tasting which was such a thoughtful recommendation and just a great indication of that it's an establishment that cares about customer service. Wine pairings was leaning more towards natural and skin contact wines which I personally enjoy but if you don't like that, I suggest you mention it to the somm prior to ordering and I'm sure he'd be more than happy to accommodate. The food was delicious and balanced (aside from one of the first amuse-bouche that was unexpectedly tough to chew through). There were 9 courses and we left feeling quite full. Service was fantastic and they left us with a few surprises. Would definitely recommend to go check this place out.

What a delightful surprise this charming hidden gem for food lovers turned out to be! We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and as first-time guests, we were truly impressed. The service, warmth, and humble demeanor of the staff were wonderful. They graciously accommodated our pescatarian menu request, and each dish provided an increasingly superb tasting experience. The pairings were outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend this special spot and will absolutely return. Thank you for the love, care, and unforgettable culinary experience!

Overpriced, pretentious (especially for the location) and overwhelmingly fishy. Not good for groups. I honestly wouldn’t have gone if their website had been actually informative about the limitations of the tasting menu and beverage options.

Nothing but EXPENSIVE wine by the bottle. Nothing by the glass. No mocktails, cocktails, sodas or beer. Just wine by the bottle and bottled still or sparkling water.

The service was excellent. But if you don’t want every savory dish reeking of a strong fishy element, pass.

The desserts were the saving grace, along with the sweet plantain bread with caramelized coconut butter. Fog leaf ice cream had a unique grassy flavor and the roasted peach in a white chocolate mousse was excellent. I also loved the chile-spiked pare de choux filled with rosemary pasty cream - exquisite!

✨Must-Try Hidden Gem✨

Overall we loved the passion, creativity and hospitality! If we were Miami locals, we would be sure to visit this place monthly just to see what chef was cooking up next.

We had a lovely time visiting (in Jun 2025) and celebrating our anniversary. The team was kind, welcoming and attentive! The counter seating gave us front row seats to the culinary show (see pics) and a glimpse into the mind of chef. He shared inspiration for the dishes, fun facts and good laughs!

Their rotating menu features seasonal ingredients from small producers. Our standout favorites:
⭐️ grilled fish - beautiful crust, grouper that melts in your mouth. And the sauce? I licked that bowl clean…
⭐️ plantain bread - the perfect bread does exist.
⭐️ peach - like a palate cleanser, the cream was incredible, subtle, simple and effective with a nutty hint from the candied peanut

As someone who tried many tasting menus, we realize that every chef has their own vision. Our personal taste is more simple with intentional, highlighted ingredients. We felt some of the dishes were explosions of flavor with many creative additions, but we found it hard to find some of the flavors that were mentioned or that the extra ingredients detracted from the overall dish e.g. the coffee and celeriac in the fish broth were tough to notice, and the coconut water sake jus in the ice cream cake.

Highly recommend trying this imaginative tasting experience. You’re sure to be (pleasantly) surprised with the creativity shown through each dish.

How to describe a food that is more than excellent.. this is an explosion of flavors.. this is art to your senses. Regularly we don’t go out for dinner because we usually say “we can do it at home”, well not this time. Thank you for a fantastic food and service.

Truly exceptional.

Dining at Palma felt like the kind of place that will be talked about for years to come.. Warm, attentive service paired with deep knowledge of both food and wine. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully explained, and the wine pairings were spot-on.

An intimate, refined experience from start to finish. A true gem.

A thoughtful concept, excellent service, and a dining experience that comes close to captivating.

We visited as a couple to try the tasting menu and had a wonderful time. The dishes offered a variety of textures and flavors that truly engaged the palate and elevated the meal. That said, a few elements could be refined: the beef tartare starter would have been better with a single, crunchier cracker layer. The tuna crudo could use a touch of finishing salt and more tomato throughout. The cod fish was another example — it lacked seasoning, had too few mushrooms, and the crust felt underdeveloped.

Even so, the chef’s creativity and intent came through clearly in each dish.

My favorite was the Milk Fed Porcelot — a generous, flavorful pork dish, perfectly grilled and served with a rich cream. And this comes from someone who’s not usually a pork fan! The Matcha Choux and the mini corn cake with uni were also standouts — simple, beautifully executed, and perfectly portioned to leave us wanting more.

Service was attentive and on point. The space is cozy, with satisfying distance between tables. Most guests were couples, but the setting also works well for a family meal.

Excited to return and see how the kitchen evolves with new creations ✨

Just had the most amazing meal with my family. Juan Camilo’s work is impeccable. Each dish is an experience- light and flavorful. The desserts are incredible, especially the ice cream sandwich. Dios Mío! 🤩 Excited to see what other dishes he creates! We will definitely be back. Will add that the ambience is intimate and cozy. Staff is warm and friendly. 5 🌟 all the way.
