We were in town for just the night and decided to give Palma a try and what a great choice! We did the tasting menu and wine pairing. I don't drink much so the somm offered a partial tasting which was such a thoughtful recommendation and just a great indication of that it's an establishment that cares about customer service. Wine pairings was leaning more towards natural and skin contact wines which I personally enjoy but if you don't like that, I suggest you mention...
Food was good and wine pairing amazing. Portions small. Trying to hard to be that place. For a $700 I want to walk out fat drunk and satisfied . Good concept but just too much for too little.
