I’ve been to a lot of Michelin star restaurants in Miami, and Palma blew some of them out of the water. Definitely one of my top five spots for dinner in Miami. The tasting menu was off the charts. The food was spectacular. Bravo!
Truly impressed with how creative and well thought out their dishes are. Their small team is awesome and the hospitality is incredibly warm. It’s very clear how much care and intention is put into this concept. Highly recommend.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of trying the tasting menu here, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Palma is a truly special place. Along with Ariette, it stands out as one of the two best restaurants in Miami.
