Pamela Wasabi Bakery is a vegan and gluten free bakery that is a hidden gem in Miami. The pastries are made with so much love. The best gluten free and vegan donuts include the churro donuts, which were a hit at a party. Other favorites are the birthday cake cookies and the butter cream cookie sandwiches. The cookies, cakes, and cheesecakes are not only 100% plant-based but absolutely bursting with flavor. Every bite is so rich and satisfying that even non-vegans will fall in love. The bakery does a great variety of baked goods that mostly taste great. It is great to have amazing desserts that have no side effects and use great ingredients. A chance encounter with the owner really puts a bow on all of this. Some customers suggest diversifying ingredients for those with allergies, like oat allergy, and a little less sugar would also be amazing. The service is great, very helpful and accommodating.
