Pamela Wasabi, Vegan and Gluten-free Bakery & Catering

Pamela Wasabi Bakery recently provided a vegan dessert platter for my event, and it was outstanding! The desserts were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Everything was vegan, organic, and gluten-free, which our guests loved.

Pamela and her team made the process so easy, from start to finish. The platter was a centerpiece that received endless compliments, with even non-vegans raving about how good everything was.

I highly recommend Pamela Wasabi for any event. Her desserts are a perfect blend of taste and health. Thank you, Pamela, for making our event memorable!

My boyfriend ordered my cake from this place a day ago. He asked the woman for the cherry cheesecake (the one on the landing page of the website) and she said that they had it in stock.He was adamant about this particular cake because the other ones cost more and did not have decorative toppings like this one. She convinced him to get another small cake as well so that there was enough to feed everyone. At this point he was already spending more than we had planned.Long story short she charged the credit card and then calls him to tell him they no longer have the $65 cherry cheesecake that we ordered. Instead of offering to give us another similar cake for the same price she tells us that she needs to charge us another $30 for a different flavored cheesecake (same size just very plain and no toppings). He tells her that he can’t spend another $30 and asked that she just give us another cheesecake (same size just different flavor) and she says no.I am a business owner myself so I tried to explain to this woman that this is the right thing to do since this was her mistake. Her response was …”this was a human mistake I just refunded your card”. We never asked for a refund. It’s extremely bad business and presumptuous to assume we wanted a refund and that we would have a way to order another cake since refunds take days to post. The money is still not back on the card FYI.I would never order from here again. Very bad experience and terrible customer service.

Beautiful, delicious and nutritious blush and rose cake for my birthday, totally worth the cost. Stop buying conventional cakes and switch to Pamela Wasabi for holidays and celebrations, you won’t regret it. And it’s a great way to introduce a healthy lifestyle to friends and family!?

Wasabi’s sweet treats are so amazing your guests won’t even realize they’re eating vegan, gluten free. Her cheesecakes are creamy and delicious! Her cookies are crispy and full of flavor! I HIGHLY recommend ordering from Pamela Wasabi!!!!

Of course Wasabi’s treats are amazingly delicious, her love was put into them. The cakes and pies and cookies and donuts are all a reflection of her energy. She’s as talented as the goodies are DELICIOUS! Vegan, GF, and flavor FULL! Thank you, Pamela!

Delicious home made desserts made with love. The black bean brownies are great for a quick power boost to your day and the chocolate chip cookies and blondie brownies are amazing way to start the day w a cup of Joe

I decided to try the Baking Essentials class they hold and the class was great and I learned a lot. So many concerns and questions I had about vegan baking were answered and I’m so grateful for that. I thought the class was insightful and educating. I would recommend this class to everyone. If there ever will be a second class to follow this one, I’d take it in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing so much information and knowledge about the ingredients and how to use them and when to use them. I’ve already started using the tips I’ve learned in the class. Thank you so much for providing us with space to learn. You were so kind and had so much knowledge to give us. I’m extremely grateful! Thank you so much!

My daughter Virginia and I had a great time at your baking class.We learned a lot about about the different ingredients used in your kitchen and the role they play in baking.It was very informative and the cookies at the end were delicious.I also loved the Cheesecake I bought and the Spiced Cake was yummy!

Absolutely sensational! Ordered online and opted for local pick up since I was dying to have some dairy free cheesecake. Pamela Wasabi rocked my world with her pumpkin cheesecake!Ordering was super easy. Went to her website, placed my order and selected the pick up date and time. She sent me a few follow up emails and was finally notified when my order was ready.She’s located inside a commercial kitchen and all orders need to be made online, which is great for me since I know it’s fresh! Her products are located all over South Florida and it’s listed on her site.As far as the cheesecake… I didn’t know a dairy free dessert could be so decadent. The perfect balance of sweet and flavors combined, it was an absolute banger! I have nothing but excellent things to say about it.Pamela herself gave me the cheesecake and she’s by far the sweetest most professional humans I’ve ever encountered. I wish this business nothing but the best… if only I had more stomachs so I can tackle the rest of her products!

I was so excited to try all of these extremely conscious high integrity goodies but was so extremely disappointed. Upon ordering for delivery- the menu stated the only items that would be frozen would be the cheesecake. However- everything in my order was frozen. All of the cookies, cakes, donuts, blondie bars frozen. The quality itself of the desserts after I warmed them up- was horrible… everything tastes stale… old…. Expired.I was so hyped for this experience but am very regretful for my purchase. I’m sure the menu items would be phenomenal if they were more fresh.. :(And for the icing on the cake… pun intended…our cakes didn’t even have any frosting on them like they were advertised :(
