Pamela Wasabi, Vegan and Gluten-free Bakery & Catering

I was wary when I saw other reviews that too much sugar. They did not exaggerate. Way too much (and this is coming from bunch of people who clearly have sweet tooth ;)). Surprising for a health conscious bakery!

Darn I thought I had found my bakery 😭. If you ever decide to reduce, please let me know, and I’ll be first in line :)

I do like that they use whole/real food- coconut/cane sugar- rather than artificial “healthy” sweeteners.

Pumpkin pie is delicious and I love the lavender cookies. Never seen lavender cookies anyplace before!!

Lose the cane sugar you items are saturated with bad sugar there is nothing left except your blonde with maple suprup and coconut sugarless all sugar is not good for you but your killing us Courtney's cookies only use coconut sugar her stuff taste much better learn from her stop woth cane sugar you say your product is healthy it's not your pouring cane sugar on everything your chocolate brownies use to be cleaning sugar sugar sugar and I once asked you the breakdown on your ingredients how much protein tha almond butter in brownie yo refused to respond Again yoi wrote back it's organic cane sugar so what its cane sugar you ruin your products either it deceive saying it's healthy read ypir sugar content you use cane sugar because it's cheaper than coconut sugar maple syrup honey that's get real

I love everything about this bakery. I have been supporting for years, and now I confidently feed it to my family. It's great to have amazing desserts that doesn't have any side effects, and you feel good after eating it because it starts with great ingredients. A chance encounter with Pamela, the owner, really puts a bow on all of this.

I cannot say enough good things about this vegan bakery! This is truly a hidden gem in Miami. The cookies, cakes, and cheesecakes are not only 100% plant-based but absolutely bursting with flavor. Every bite is so rich and satisfying that even non-vegans will fall in love. Highly recommend to anyone, vegan or not!

Pamela Wasabi cakes, cookies, and desserts are delicious with wholesome ingredients and kid approved!

I haven't received my order yet, but I did receive 2 different cookies through a meal delivery and LOVED them both! (so much that I researched and placed an order)

The best gluten free and vegan donuts I ever had. I literally brought 48 of the churro donuts as my carry on so I can bring them to a party in NY. Services was great, they were very helpful and accommodating and the donuts were a hit

If you are looking for amazing tasty sweet, look no further. The cookie & brownies are AMAZING. The cookies my husband and I have them each night. The brownies but into squares and eat with fresh berries and some times with yogurt as a meal.

Absolutely amazing baked goods, including delicious cookies. One of the best, if not the best, bakers in South Florida.

I have tried their brownies and some caramel bar and both were so full of sugar and dont even taste good 😭

I'm an ardent fan of the Guanabana cheesecake and the matcha lychee. Feels truly like biting into heavenly beauty. We also love the tiramisu. Many thanks to you, Pamela, and your team.
