Good morning, I'm not one to make these kinds of comments, but the truth is that it had been a long time since I went shopping here for meals that I had not been satisfied with and I said let me give it another chance and definitely not again!!!!! In my opinion, the quality of the food has gone down a lot, the cold coffee, the amilla arepa with cheese is stiff, as is the bone pandenono, one wakes up wanting something traditional from their little land, all warm and fresh, and they leave me with food from the previous day. and the worst thing was stiff, for that I would have prepared a warmer at home. I'm sorry, July 20th, but I know that you don't care about losing a client, but I won't spend my pesos in your restaurant again.

We used to love going there almost everyday for a colada, empenadas and fresh squeezed orange juice. We just moved so we are going to miss the amazing quality of food and coffee.
We are clients of coming here and we had never had a problem, everything was very good, today we ordered the two usual breakfasts and when the food came out, both my husband and I and my cousin looked at each other when trying the meat, I call the waitress and tell her that The meat is bad and rancid and he tells me that they are going to change it, we wait very well and when they bring out the meat again the meat is still bad and rancid because it is obviously not a different meat than the one they gave us at the beginning. When from our seat we are seeing the problem they have in the kitchen and when the girl comes again I explain to her about the meat that is bad again she simply looks at me and goes to the kitchen and comes back as if nothing had happened and says "the bill It's $31.50" I look at her face and ask her "I'm serious, you guys are going to act crazy, I want to talk to the manager" (who we know was there because he was the one who cleaned the table for us when we arrived). Without even answering, he leaves us talking. alone and goes back to the kitchen and never returns. My cousin, out of courtesy, stops and pays the bill and leaves a tip because he owns restaurants and they know very well what the protocol is when something like this happens. What bothers me the most was the attitude and trying to cover up the flavor by doubling the amount of salt and knowing that all that meat is bad, they continued serving it to the rest of the customers. But don't worry, the review stays here and also the complaint that I'm going to go to the BBB and the health department because this is a health threat and anyone can get poisoned.

Food is good Service is the worse I get there at 4.40 on a Tuesday and they said that I have to take the food to go because I'm not be allowed to eat there because they close at 5.00 pm I ordered a cafe con leche and the employee told me that they cannot make it because they clean the machine at 3.00 ( they close at 5.00) What a great service ???
